Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I have ordered from Dominos for YEARS and I’m from Va. my family and I just moved here in December. We love dominos but this location is terrible! We have ordered from this location ONLY 3 times since being here and every single time it’s bad. I have family that actually owns a couple dominos in Va and I have never seen it this terribly run. First time we ordered food from this location the order was all wrong and we were missing half of our order. 2nd time we never got our food but was refunded a hour later with no phone call of why it was refunded. 3rd time tonight (6-13-21) placed our order at 9:54pm and 11:30pm rolls around no delivery, no refund, no phone call. Called the store multiple times but when the call was finally answered and wasn’t hung up on I couldn’t hear anything. Dead air. Went to the store to see where our order was only to see they had cleaned the whole store for shut down for the night. Spoke to Micah and he said their internet was down so they couldn’t see the orders. He offered a refund OR my order to be made the next day. I definitely will take my refund and business elsewhere. I absolutely will not ever go back to this location. To wait 2 hours on a delivery that wasn’t even coming however the online tracking tool did say it was being made and was out for...

This place is just horrible! Has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I felt the need to leave a review after having 2 negative experiences.

On one occasion when we ordered from here, about an hour later we received a call that they would not be able to deliver our pizza anymore but that we could pick it up. They said it like no big deal. This was also late at night at this point so no other restaurant options were available after so much time had passed. We just had our newborn and had no food at the house and did not want to leave the house due to the pandemic. When my husband asked why, they simply said they couldn't give an answer but that the pizza was at the store if we wanted to come get it. We ended up just canceling our order and had to have them reimburse us.

On another occasion, we ordered 1 pizza and an order of cinnamon twists. We'll our pizza was made quickly and then sat on the "quality control" line for 45 min! In total our order was delivered an hour and a half after we placed it. Our pizza showed up cold, and the cheese had solidified. Gross! It looked like old pizza had been sitting out! Not to mention our container for the icing for the cinnamon twists was actually opened! It was unbelievable! Never, absolutely NEVER ordering from...

My experience with this particular Dominos Pizza was the worst experience I’ve had. While I was tracking my order in the app, I was notified that my pizza was on the way. After some time, the status changed to “complete.” So, I went to look on the porch for my pizza, nothing was there. I called the store and I reported the problem, the guy on the other end said “Sorry, there must have been an error, she’s on the way.” I asked him if there was a way to check in with the driver because I didn’t want to pay for something I wasn’t going to receive. He says, “she JUST left, THANK YOU.” I got off the phone after that bizarre conversation. When my pizza arrived, I was under the impression that it was a completely contactless delivery as it states on their website and in the app when you’re ordering. The doorbell rang and I was met with a delivery driver still on my porch, my pizza sitting on top of an unsanitary delivery bag and I was asked to sign a receipt with an unsanitary pen. NOT contactless; other Dominos locations do not have this issue. The pizza was cold, hard and disheveled. The ranch tasted old; this was SUCH an unacceptable experience and I will frequent another Dominos location for pizza delivery...
