This Panda Express constantly does not have regular food items! For example, this time we went to order honey sesame chicken and they said that they do not have that at the moment. Today is Sunday, 1:00pm… How do you not have honey sesame chicken in the middle of the day. Wouldn’t the correct response be, we don’t have any but we can make some?
We didn’t even get that option. It’s we don’t have it and that’s it. This is not the first time this happens at this particular Panda Express, which is why I’m leaving this review. The management needs to step up and ensure that employees that are getting paid to cook and have food ready are actually cooking and having the food ready. If you see and item is about to finish it’s common sense to make it. If you’re out of chicken, then you’re not keeping inventory correctly. You should not run out of basic items in the menu period. Especially in the middle of the day.
What are the employees doing inside? Probably on their phones all day long. They don’t even allow customers to go inside as they always have signs on the doors that say drive thru only! Unacceptable...

They have consistently been incapable of having my mobile app order ready anywhere near the promised time, despite my waiting to order until off-peak hours. The last time (last night), they made me wait in the parking lot so long (after I'd already waited in the drive-thru lane until ten minutes past the "your order is ready for pickup!" notification) that I was able to observe how poorly they observed food safety protocols, and I finally gave up and asked for a refund, which required another ten minutes on the phone (and is supposed to come through today).
