I ordered 2 salads for digital pickup for 5:45p CST today. I arrive to the digital pickup lane and there was 1 car in front of me. 15 minutes later me and the 1 car was still sitting there. No one came to the window. I could see one guy by the window but he never stuck his head out the window to address the car in front of me. I finally went inside and stood an extra 5 minutes for the staff to finish taking the in line customers orders. I’m next up to the register and the order maker/cashier SKIPS over me and asks the lady behind me for her order and the lady tells her that she’s there to pickup an online order. When another staff person finally asked how she could help me, I had been there by this time a total of 22-25 minutes. I let the young lady know how unprofessional it was for them to not address customers waiting in the digital pick up lane and then when inside to purposely be SKIPPED is NOT customer service. She offered up NO APOLOGY nor an ACKNOWLEDGMENT of what I said yet choosing to mumble under her breath to the female co-worker that purposely SKIPPED over me. Very stark difference between when Misha’s there and when she’s not and she just so happened to not be there when I went this time. The two people that chose to make my food was not only unhygienic but beyond rude. Will likely slow my visits here after that because absolutely not! As expensive as this food is, there no way you should have to force people to give you rice in a bowl that size and the she shakes some off as if she added some but fills your bowl with triple the cabbage. Ridiculous.
Came here twice just to make sure it wasn’t just the thrill of trying a new place that had me wanting more but it wasn’t the case because the second time was just as great if not BETTER than the first. Misha’s customer service, recommendations and attention to me as a customer was top tier both times. I am hooked. So flavorful, so filling, and such a welcoming atmosphere. I loved everything she suggested I try as a first time CAVA-er and as a picky eater. Then the girl who was helping me put all of her food in a bad and left at 8:00 after they put my food in the bag by the window a few minutes before.. No one came back to the window until 8:20. During that time I kept trying to waive down any employee looking my way, but they would turn and ignore me. One employee even came to the window with a bowl he made himself and ate it by the window while my food was sitting there ready.. By the time I got my food I had to warm it up. The Pita wrap was mostly sauce and onions and my wife got a bowl. She asked for double rice and instead got half rice.. I am not even sure you had a manager on duty. They told me they hope I have a better experience next time, and one lady offered to give me a free bowl next time.. I paid $30 for two lukewarm items and sat at your drive thru for 35 minutes and your companies resolution is they hope my experience is better and you'll replace half my order next time.. what trash.
