I previously had a rude interaction with a young Latino guy in drive thru and served with an unwrapped burrito that look thrown together. Well here we go again, today I went thru the drive thru with no problems. I made my way back around from earlier to request a refill. The Latino in drive thru remembered. Upon my request for a refill he snatched my cup and I asked, did you just snatch my cup out my hand? He goes on to say I don’t even know you etc. I let him know about the previous encounter I had with him that was not pleasant at all. I asked to speak with a manager and he proceeded to refill my drink. Like I told her, you didn’t have to if it was a problem and it’s another thing to be rude. I also informed the drive thru lady that he needs to work on his attitude and customer service before he’s fired! I didn’t report or say anything about the first rude encounter, but now is the time! I’ll be damn if I spend money somewhere this type of behavior towards certain customers exist. Also noticed from the last observation, it was only him and her. As I stated to the employee back in January, “ if you got issues and don’t wanna work stay at home! This type of behavior leaves a bad impression and experience. Hope to see better...
Read moreWe placed an order through the drive-thru for super nachos. We requested no beans and no tomatoes due to my son having a huge allergy to beans. We make it home we have a container of nacho chips no cheese another container of refried beans and sour cream! No beef!! When I called and spoke with Johanna very rudely I was told that I could not be issued a refund unless I brought the food back to the store. I drove back here and she refused to come to the counter and issue my refund. When she did come because she heard me fussing she immediately began to tell me the person that made my order was new. As I explain to her I'm in management as well and we do not throw team members under the bus we accept what was done wrong and try to make it right. She kept trying to go back and forth with me and being very condescending and rude. When I asked her for her manager's name she said she's not allowed to give that information out! Read moreI usually absolutely love coming to this store, but I got totally humiliated this time. I was so embarrassed that I really wanted to leave but I chose to stay because the order wasn't just for me. I was in the drive thru, I placed my order which was the3 Chiladas and I ask for 3 Senior Citizens Tea(which I always get our tea with our lunches and it has never been a problem). The Manager Joanna came and yelled on the speaker that because I am using coupons that I'm not allowed to get the free tea and that I had to buy 4 chiladas not 3!! FOR REAL....SCREAMING!! I was so humiliated. My friends in the car with me and the vehicles behind me, and the ppl in the drive thru and parking lot at the Sonic next door heard her screaming,it was like I wasn't able to pay for my food or something.
