I love the fact that I read a handful of the reviews before beginning to type up mine & I’m not surprised to find this seems to be a pattern. I placed my order at 10:58 p.m. well aware online it says delivery is available until midnight. Delivery said between 20-30 minutes & mins you I live under a mile away. I kept wanting to call to see what was going after 11:30 but I kept giving them a chance they would be on their way soon. Online the tracker wasn’t updating past my order being in the prep stage. I finally called at 11:45, waited about 2 minutes & no answer. Waited a bit then called again at 11:48 thinking this was pushing it but again, it’s less than a 5 minute drive. After another 2-3 minutes on hold I finally had an employee named Brayden answer the phone. Telling me as many others have been told that they did not have a delivery driver so they weren’t offering delivery. If delivery isn’t offered why not call the customer as soon as receiving the online order to cancel it & mention they aren’t offering delivery? He said “Oh we tried to call you twice.” NO they didn’t! Blatant lie they continue to tell everyone. I waited damn near an hour all to be told my food wasn’t coming. If I would’ve received a call I could’ve come to pick it up myself but they didn’t even bother making the pizza. Whole point behind ordering delivery was convenience as I was working on projects at home. For anyone that bothers reading reviews, you know how things are run at this location, management should do better & drivers should be scheduled...
Read moreEvery time I try to place a delivery order, they end up cancelling the whole order.
First excuse was that their driver was too “frightened” to come to my area after dark? I live approximately 0.3 miles away from them. So this dominos store is too “frightened” to complete my order that I just paid for, yet they can continue to work in that exact same location that is spitting distance from my very doorstep? Sounds more like they’re too “frightened,” to do some actually work.
Second excuse why they cancelled my delivery order out of the blue was because they “aren’t take delivery orders right now.” Okay. Well. You’re store just “took” money out of my account. When asked to further elaborate, one employee simply replied, “Covid.” Keep in mind all airlines just removed the mandated mask policy a good few months ago.
This store does not care about their paying customers. They do not care about customer satisfaction. The dissatisfaction in their voices reflect their work ethic. If you are that miserable in your own work space, go somewhere else. I doubt corporate wants that type of representation for their company. Especially one in such a high residential area. I can only imagine how much business they have turned down in with such a high-brand...
Read moreI waited a year to see if things would improve and for as driver situation sometimes/sometimes not. The deceptive practice with once you order is still an issue. But now I have a real deal breaker for me. I ordered a specialty pizza one that I always order the same way with extra mushrooms. It was on the last day of the half off special they were running. I usually get brownies but chose 8 bone in wings. Which should have been about the same price as usual. AND IT WAS: WHERE WAS THE HALF OFF?????? The lady who took my order had no answer???? My patience ends here! Closing my account, already pull my card! ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Still can't keep drivers and will lie and say they have one. When you call looking for your pizza, your call is directed to other stores not in your area. So you are stuck and you receive your pizza not when they say but when a driver comes on duty. You cannot cancel the order because it will not send you back to your local store. Terrible service and shady practices. Unfortunately the poor driver is making only $5 an hour and promised up to $20. Are not getting those kinds of tips because of the shady practices. I stayed with them for almost 5 years to help mainly the one dependable driver they have, Rodney. But 'how looong...
