El Amigo Taqueria — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I've ordered twice via GrubHub/Uber Eats, and both times I was happily surprised. I knew nothing about this place, I just saw that it was nearby and had low prices, so I decided to give it a shot. The food is quite heavy in terms of oil and such, but it is delicious for the price. Very pleased with the barbacoa tacos, chicken tacos, and the alhambre. This little Taqueria is inside a gas station, and like so many little dives like this, it's run by a family that's been obviously cooking this as thier way of life and you can taste the authenticity. If you've been to the real Mexico, not a resort /vacation spot, you've had real Mexican cuisine and this is what we had here. Large portions and delicious. The Taqueria is inside of a corner store that have some questionable people around the store. Overall, for my first time going, the food was very fresh, cooks were polite. I got 2 El Pastor tacos and a Quesa Brirra tacos. They were delicious, both tacos were juicy with a hint of spice, had a great flavor to them. I would go again.
