Iām going to have to change my review to 4 stars. Every time we go in and order everything is amazing here. But weāve ordered online for pick up 4 times and every time it was bad. If I ask for extra something on my sandwich, nope. Hell this time I asked for salt and pepper and there wasnāt even any at all. There was barely any spinach. Barely and onion and I asked for extra. In the special instructions I asked them to please toast the sandwiches twice. When we go in and I ask them to do so you can tell the difference. Iām not sure it was even done once this time. I always make a point to thank the employees every time we go in and remind them that they are the best location in the area. I just wish the customer didnāt have to be right in front of them to get that on point customer service. My suggestion is if you can get around it, go in and place your order.
My husband and I grabbed some lunch here today and the employee with red hair was extremely friendly, polite, and made our sandwiches perfect. The store was spotless from our end. This is wayyyy more than I can say for the Subway on 377. It is closer to our home and we refuse to go there. The employees and food are horrible. I read the reviews for this location before posting here and weāve never had a problem here. Today was just extra great. So thank very much, once again, to the employee with the bright red hair. They made the perfect comment when I commended them on their customer service. āThe way I look at it is, without yāall, I donāt have a job.ā Thatās the way...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis subway has gone downhill bad! Walked in the door and first lady in the back working started dropping f bombs and just seemed to be having an overall bad day in general. She was working the line. Another tatted lady with super short hair began working the line also major attitude seemed new but had horrible chip on her shoulder. When my friend tried to pay there was a problem with the card. The tatted lady with the short hair just stood there giving dirty looks, no assistance she then started using lots of profanity dropping " f bombs" , escalating the situation unnecessarily. All my friend did was ask her for assistance with their card because they thought maybe since the worker is as new perhaps, they were doing something wrong on their end or maybe there was a problem with the credit card machine. They new their card had been working and should be fine. Finally, after being cursed out, berated, humiliated, by the tatted women with short hair, the first lady came over reran the card and Guess what.... it worked perfectly fine!!!! It was an error on the tatted women's part. She had missed a step! No apology, no reprimand, no compensation. Nothing.... What ever happened to the concept of customer service?!? Will NOT PATRONIZE this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen to this location twice, and both times experienced horrible customer service. During todayās trip, I could tell that one of the employees was really trying, and he was putting in a good effort and was smiling every time he looked up.
However, the store manager, Tracey Gardner, was HORRIBLE. She looked completely put out that she had to help make multiple sandwiches for the lady in front of me, even rolling her eyes at one point. Then, as she was ringing me up, she looked down the line and told her two employees (including the happy guy I mentioned) that they were āso lazy!ā The man in line behind me reacted by telling the happy guy that he was doing a great job, and to keep it up!
What a miserable person Tracey Gardner must be. My advice to her is to not drag other people down just because you hate your life. And if you must correct your employees, itās in extremely poor taste to chastise them in front of a line of customers.
