The definition of insanity: doing the same things over, expecting different results. We have had horrible customer service, food expectations, and overall experiences on 3 separate occasions at this Burger King.
First, we ordered food through the drive through. Asked for additional condiments to get the quick response of "We are out!". No looking, double checking, or even pretending to look. The food was cold and the soda tasted like club soda. Not really a "Have it Your Way" Experience.
Second time, my family and I went there on a weekday in the evening for dinner. We entered the restaurant to employees conversing and not very welcoming. The place was a ghost town at 5:50, which should of been an indication to go somewhere else. The wait time from ordering to eating was 20 MINUTES. My wife's entire meal was cold and everyones' fries were equally cold, and yet again no additional condiments (i.e BBQ or Honey Mustard).
Today was the last straw. We went there again with a coupon hoping to have a positive experience because of how convenient the restaurant is to our home. We ordered at the Drive Thru, requested a few Whopper JRs. and a Veggie Burger Meal. The food was surprisingly fast. Got home to find the Veggie Burger meal was not a veggie burger but a Whopper Burger minus meat. Essentially, I had a wilted piece of lettuce smothered in mayonnaise, tomato, and onions, between two buns. Gross and not worth the money.
I understand that it is fast food. I'm not expecting high end luxury meals here. But I am expecting what I ordered, reasonably hot, and in a decent time frame. Those main objectives have never been met. If you want to really "Have It Your Way" go to a different Burger King. This one will consistently disappoint you just as it has me three...
Read moreI pulled in at 9:42 and as I put my car in park I see an employee walk to the door and lock it. I sat there in shock for several minutes. I called the store and no answer. I was calling to see what time the lobby closed. I called a different location and they answered and I explained what just happened. The lady I spoke to at the Eastchase location was very friendly and respectful. It just blew my mind that the doors were locked 20 minutes early. I understand that everyone is tried and ready to go home but I know if I was to close my office down 20 minutes early I would be in serious trouble. I drove from Saginaw to have a burger from Burger King to be turned away because the employees didn’t want to deal “another customer” so me and my children went to Braums. If the employee would have just came outside and said “I am sorry we are closed/or please go through the drive way or something that would be different. She literally walked to the door (didn’t even make eye contact) because I was parked directly in front of the entrance doors and locked it and then went back to cleaning as she laughed with the other employees. From what I’ve read in the reviews it looks like this is a habit. Wondering why MGMT hasn’t responded or taken...
Read moreThe most deplorable experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place Erica the manager was extremely rude very unaccommodating to anybody’s concerned and in all honesty disgusting she was dripping with sweat the entire time and I’m pretty sure she was sitting in the office before she even came out to speak to people about the terrible food. After I stated my complaints about the cold food not being up to the proper temperature another employee named Jake up began to interfere with the conversation I was having with the manager and begin to physically threatened me I’m talking about maybe a 19-year-old kid threatening a guest over a refund of a chicken sandwich. Completely appalling experience, I’m in adult and I don’t take lightly to being threatened by 19-year-old at a restaurant that I’m attempting to get food from. Let Jacob know Potential he next time I wouldn’t be so nice and I would happily have taken him outside and bounced his head off the curb a couple of times, Seems like some common sense and good management would be very beneficial to that place good luck Burger King gonna need it with people like Erica and Jaxob ...
