Eskimo Hut - Frozen Daiquiris To-Go — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Drinks are good but the girl working last night (6/11/2018) was very rude. We pulled up and didn’t know what we wanted and the girl didn’t greet us or anything she looked annoyed. She immediately was like, I know one of y’all have to be underage let me see everyone’s ID. She got to mine and immediately said is this a fake? “This picture is not you”. OBVIOUSLY YOU NEED TO OPEN YOUR EYES AND ANALYZE PEOPLE FACIAL FEATURES... Like dimples and eye color or freckles. But, she insisted (argued) it wasn’t me but served me anyways? She didn’t end up checking everyone’s ID in the car anyways... and ended up serving my friend whose ID she didn’t check and she was a minor.... ANYWAYS, they need a more effective method to checking for ID’s or training on how to weed out a out ID because CLEARLY, I look like my picture. Invest in black lights so you can thought check them and stop hassling people. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERINCE EVER. I WILL NOT return to this location.

I called the corporate office like they asked on the reply to my review. Said I would hear something back because “this is serious” but I guess it wasn’t as serious.... NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM BRIAN IN CORPORATE OFFICE. Will never be coming back to an Eskimo hut after the rude customer service and the illegal activity. Coperate acted like they want to know to fix it but I never got a call back...

Great drinks! Expensive and would be worth it if the manager and employees weren't so damn rude and the girls wouldn't be so annoyed by what my friends and I order. If we get 10 drinks, they act like its such an inconvenience because they have to make it... I'll just go somewhere else and spend my $50 and get good customer sevice too. Funny thing is, the girl who ID'd us.. Checked everyone and even suspected one, whom the person was 24, said it didn't look like her BUT didn't ID my 19 year old friend and served her. Nice going Eskimo Hut. Maybe if y'all would stop acting all pissed off when a group of ppl order drinks. Expect to get large complicated orders jerks.

Well, I contacted their corporate bc they asked me to, never heard a word back. Will NEVER go to an Eskimo hut in my life! Next time, my friends and I will spend our money somewhere else that's better and doesn't serve alcohol to...

I want to be clear, I'm not giving ESKIMO HUT one star..I'm giving the black haired almost Hispanic looking employee with the heavy casket makeup one star. Her attitude is poor and the expression on her face is almost disgust. Today, I went to the establishment and ordered what I ordered. Overheard her say to the other employee "its a little early to be drinking". As if the place where she's employed doesn't specialize in liquor. All of the other employees are angels, and I've tipped everytime for years. This one, needs a training opportunity...
