FOOD WAS DELISH. LET'S START THERE. Definitely recommend this place. Got a Mediterranean chicken wrap. So flavorful and fresh. Ok so 1st con for me. The parking. This is of course no fault of Luna Grill but just a heads up that you may not be able to run in and run back out as quick as you would like to if you're in a hurry or just want to take your food back home. Parking maybe an issue for you. There's one spot right up front that I happened to get today just by luck. It's a 10 minute parking limit spot aside from that good luck on getting anything close to the restaurant you may have to walk a bit. 2nd con. The website doesn't let you add on certain toppings. I wanted avocado and crispy chickpeas added to my Mediterranean wrap and it wouldn't let me do it so i had to ask for in store once i picked up. I loved the added crunch it gave the wrap. Last issue not really a big deal but I asked for the vinaigrette dressing to be on the side so I could pour on as much or as little as I wanted. When I came to pick up the order I noticed there was no sauce in the bag.. I told the employee that was assisting me that there should have been a sauce in the bag that I asked for it on the side and he said well usually with a wrap, people just get the sauce in the wrap that's how it's made. I laughed inside at the young man. I said I understand that however on the website it lets you pick if you want it on the side and I requested it on the side well low and behold it was put IN the wrap which is no big deal but still I requested it on the side. It should've been on the side. The receipt on the bag even said on the side. Well I'm no rocket scientist...I didn't go to college that long but if you look at the receipt in the picture it says DOS which I would assume means dressing on the side. đĽ´maybe the person who made my order didn't know what it stood forđ Aside from that I'll return. Wrap is huge and I...
Read moreWe stopped by the Clearfork location of Luna Grill to enjoy a quick Mediterranean dinner before our movie. Like all stores in the Shops of Clearfork, Luna Grill is nestled in with other boutiques, restaurants and specialty businesses in a strip mall setting. They offered traditional Mediterranean appetizers, salads, dips, breads, signature plates and warm Mediterranean bowls. Not quite a traditional restaurant and not quite a fast food place, itâs somewhere in between. Their faster service and more nutritious offerings make it a great place for people needing a quick healthy meal.
I ordered the Falafel appetizer for dinner that arrived with 5 Falafel, Tahini dip, shredded cabbage and cold carrot sticks that was everything I hoped it would be! My daughter enjoyed their Chicken Kabob plate served with Chicken, Basmati rice, Pita bread, Tzatziki and a mixed leaf salad. My husband enjoyed the Keto bowl with grilled Chicken, Lettuce with Lemon vinaigrette, spicy Feta cheese, Cabbage, Cucumber, Tomato and Feta drizzled with Tzatziki sauce. Everyone enjoyed their meal and would recommend it over just about any other fast food place.
Pros: Cole, the gentleman who took our order, was an absolute sweetheart and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. They include the calorie count on their menu which is convenient for those watching their weight. There were many different options for Vegetarians as well as Salmon for Pescatarians. The restaurant was clean with a self service station for ice and drinks as well as additional sauces, seasonings, napkins and straws. Thereâs a cute patio out front that wraps around the side of the building - some of it covered for those who prefer to eat outdoors.
Pros: Parking is an issue everywhere in Clearfork, but is no fault of Luna Grill. They were a bit higher priced than traditional fast food, but youâre paying for the fresh produce, sustainable Salmon,...
Read moreDefinitely worth a try! The space is modern but still cosy with a large covered patio. Service was quick and everyone very helpful. We went for lunch today and tried a few different things. The pita was warm and flavorful, although not the traditional pocket style. The hummus was okay, it had obviously been made prior and refrigerated. This is a big no no for me as I grew up in Israel and am used to eating hummus that is made fresh. The flavor was okay but nothing to write home about and the consistency sort of grainy which was not helped by having been refrigerated. My girlfriend had the Greek salad with chicken. She enjoyed it and I had a few bites as well. Good flavor and fresh ingredients. I had the lamb kebabs which were cooked well and had good flavor. The dish was served with a side salad that was fresh and tasty and also rice that was okay. All in all we give this place 4 stars and will definitely go back. They seem to have a pretty good happy hour with a free app when two drinks are purchased. Also wine is not over priced like other places in the area which was a...
