First time we went we had a good experience. Food, drinks, price, service were all good. Could for sure see this place as a regular for us. Second time we went all was good but the service (why I gave 3 stars). We ordered two drinks (not beer) and it took 28 minutes to get them. Yes 28. We got our appetizer and ate it before they came. We kept asking and the waiter kept saying how busy the bar was. We were sitting in the bar area so we saw how busy they were, and it wasn't 28 minutes for two drinks busy. So fast forward to after we finished those drinks we only had about 10 minutes until happy hour ended so we decided to get a pitcher, well actually two since my wife and I don't drink the same beer, and we weren't sure how long it would take to get them. We didn't plan on drinking a pitcher each, but we may have wanted more than one and it was cheaper to do that than buy at full price each. So the male manager w/beard ended up coming over to us to tell us we couldn't do two pitchers at once. I explained why we did that and he didn't seem to care. I asked if he could check why it took so long to get our first drinks and he said sure and walked off and never came back. He was rude. The waitress was nice, but could have done more to get our drinks out quicker since we kept telling her we didn't want to order our entree until our drinks came, and we did not look happy by the time we got them. While we were drinking the one pitcher we ordered, two different servers at two different times tried to deliver another pitcher of beer to us. we refused both since we didn't order them. I kinda feel the manager did that to try to make us happy, but who knows. If it was, he should have delivered it and apologized. BTW. Parking is horrible when they are busy Foods Good! Happy Hours prices are Good! I'm sure we will be back. But hopefully they get bartenders that learn how to pour more...

So this is like my fourth or fifth time eating here so I feel comfortable leaving a review now.

One of the best restaurants in this area period, not just pizza. Every pizza I have received here has been high quality. The crust, cheese, toppings you can literally taste the higher quality as opposed to other pizzerias in the area.

My wife and I have a thing where we do pizza every Friday. Since the first time we came here it's been spot on every time. But the thing that really blows me away is the service. I haven't dined in yet but as far as their curb side service it's great. Their staff is always busy but they are always cordial and polite and wanting to serve you.

One night there was a little wait, which was completely understandable because it was packed, but a manager came out and offered me a drink and let me know my food should be out soon. So when I received my pizza I noticed it wasn't extra cheese like I ordered, it was very loud because it was so busy when I ordered the young lady didn't hear me. It was no problem pizza still looked great, the manager asked if I could wait he would cook me another like I wanted it, and he told me to keep the other pizza as well. I was trying to give it back but he wouldn't let me. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but I was just floored.

This truly is an amazing place. I hope they keep it up and don't change anything they are doing. It's an amazing pizza place, and I'm lucky it's so close to my home.

One day I will update and post some pictures...

This was our second visit during dinner time. We were sat quickly by the bar area. Our server greeted us and took our drink order and after ordering a classic mule on your drink menu he asked “what size?”. I have never been asked what size when ordering a mule drink so I was taken back and so he just stared at me until I fumbled upon “a regular?” answer. After taking our drink order me and my husband watched our drinks sit at the service bar area. We watched servers/ server assistants move our drinks to grab what they needed. After we had eaten our appetizer and watched our drinks sit for 15 minutes I finally asked a server assistant if she could grab our drinks to which she replied “I wish I could i’m not 18” which I understand as I am also a restaurant manager. She did find someone to bring our drinks to us. Whittaker came back to take our entree orders I ordered a small pizza & my husband ordered the wings. The wings came out at least 10 minutes before my pizza did. He had finished 90% of his wings before my pizza had arrived. Not once did whittaker ask if we wanted another round of drinks or even refill our waters. We watched the manager walk around the dining room swinging his arms back and forth clapping. This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had and after this will never be back or recommend someone to...

Although Hideaway Pizza is very new they are a stellar crew of hard working individuals who get it done with precision and smiles! The wait time was non existent and we were seated comfortably in a great booth near the FULL BAR and TVs. The margaritas were It was game day and there were plenty of screens to watch. The music is fantastic and it’s not too loud with all the ambient sounds. Incredibly kids friendly with a spacious upstairs patio. The pizza is delicious and the crust was perfectly chewy. The mozzarella sticks are easily are top 3 most favorite and Hideway is the only place we know that gives you ranch and marinara sauce that is of course spectacular! Payton our sever was amazing and guided us through our entire meal. She was friendly and helpful and got our food out super fast. She encouraged us to try the fried ravioli for next time and we will definitely be back for more. One of the managers Chris came to check in on us and that means a lot to us especially with how busy they were. It’s little gestures like that that are difference makers for us. What a wonderful surprise for a spur of the moment decision. This was a big win for us and the good folks at Hideaway Pizza deserve your time and energy!

First off, major shoutout to my beautiful wife for making the reservation and securing us the chance to dive into some seriously yummy food. 🫶 We kicked things off with the 50/50 — fried mozzarella and fried mushrooms (8/10). Mozzarella? Spot on. Mushrooms? Almost perfect… just needed a tiny sprinkle more salt to hit that “chef’s kiss” level. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was top tier. The greeters at the entrance, the hostess who seated us, and then our server — the legendary Benji (Trainer: Shamar) — all made the afternoon memorable. Benji came through with pure energy and first-class service. Somebody give this man a raise already! Keep being that light in a dark world, my guy, and NEVER lose that smile. Shamar? Knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the craft. Case in point: the masterpiece he created — *The Smookey Pookie* (yes, you read that right). It was delicious, creative, and unlike anything I’ve tried before. Final verdict: Once Hideaway officially opens, you better believe my family and I will be back. Big thanks to everyone for making great! 🍕👌
