My wife and I decided to give this place a go as a busy place, usually means good food. Unfortunately, it was just okay. We tried the Cowboy, Nashville Hot, the Classic, and the Comeback. We both got the combo with onion rings. The cowboy was just plain. There is so much sauce to hide the unseasoned meat. The bacon helped, but overall, it was just, ehh. The Nashville Hot was very disappointing. There wasn't any kind of heat to the chicken. The chicken lacked seasoning, and the sauce had no punch whatsoever. I really think the pimento cheese is the factor in both dishes, not being that great. Classic pairings are a classic for a reason. Why you would reinvent a Nashville Hot without slaw and sub pimento cheese is beyond me, but I wanted to try everything as is listed on the menu. The Classic was just, ehh, again, no seasoning or a strong lack of. The Comeback was okay, but again, bland. The onion rings looked very good. They had a great crunch and were cooked perfectly, but again, no seasoning! Overall, it was just a very bland experience. They idea is a great concept, but the "Son of a Butcher" needs to find the "Sister of a Spice Master". The atmosphere was very nice and the customer service was excellent. A couple of other things I noticed were that people seemed to be confused as to where to enter exactly. There are two doors side by side and they are labeled, but people are lazy and seemed to not be able to read and would come through the patio door and walk all over until the figured out where the order line was. A larger labeling or an "Entery Here" on the door may help. Also, the announcement for the orders, it seemed that multiple people were confused as to what name was called. A display of some sort may help with this issue. Overall, if you're hungry and just want to shove food down your gullet, this place will do. If you want to taste your food, this will not be the place for you. Again, it is a great concept, but the execution needs...
Read moreI’ve had multiple visits to this location and while most of the staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming, there is one particular employee who consistently brings down the entire experience. She appears to be Hispanic, smaller in build, and usually takes orders or helps with other tasks. Her attitude is cold, dismissive, and downright unprofessional.
Not only have I personally experienced this several times, but friends of mine have mentioned the exact same thing — an unfriendly energy, as if we’re not welcome or don’t belong there. On one visit, I stood waiting by the condiment area as she retrieved items from under the cabinet. She clearly saw me, made direct eye contact, and still ignored me for several minutes without any acknowledgment, no “excuse me,” no “I’ apologize I am almost done” absolutely nothing.
It’s upsetting because as customers, our business helps keep the doors open — and a little respect goes a long way. No one wants to visit a place where they feel unwelcome or looked down on. The rest of the team deserves praise, but this one employee makes you think twice about coming back to the Alliance location.
Management, please take this seriously — if multiple customers are noticing the same rude, discriminatory attitude, it’s a problem...
Read moreCame for the first time to try something new. I did a pick up order for 2 kids meal (1 burger and 1 chicken tenders) and I ordered myself a 2 slider meal. First thing I noticed is when I ordered the 2 slider meal, I was surprised that it was a requirement to add on a side and drink but charged me an additional $3.50-$4 for the side to added?!? Plus it states I get a drink as well, and I never received the drink. Then when we got home I opened the boxes, our food was cold. Like super cold - and we only love about 5 minutes away from the restaurant. Also, my children’s meals were pretty sad. Paid $7 each for one meal to only have 1 chicken tender in it, the size of my ring finger, and the other meal the burger was completely raw on the inside. Both kids French fries were stale and cold and definitely un edible. And the drinks were not good either - they had a weird after taste. Lastly, my meal was also cold. Both sliders (chicken slider and the popper slider) were cold and poorly put together. And my sweet potatoes fries were stale! Definitely was a big let down for our first time. I tried calling the store and no one was answering either to see if we could get a re- order, but now I think I just...
