I recently got a new bed here at Mattress Firm. David Maus was the Sleep Expert who assisted me in figuring out which bed was best for me. He started by asking me a few questions about my-needs as a Sleeper, and was very attentive to my responses! The very first bed we tried out ended up being the right one for me, but we still tried out a few others just to make sure. I felt like a valued customer with David Maus, and I feel incredibly grateful that he was the Sleep Expert on staff when I had arrived to shop for my new bed. Just a few nights into owning this new bed, and I can already see a MASSIVE CHANGE in the quality of my sleep. The cooling aspect of my new mattress has been a miracle for waking up NOT As a Puddle of Sweat, and the lift features of the bed base allow me to get the absolute PERFECT lift angle for me to comfortably rest. Mr. David Maus is a miracle-worker in my book!

I also want to thank the delivery guys Frank & Jose who did an excellent job with delivering and assembling my new bed because the power lift base is VERY heavy, and those guys made it look easy! Not to mention how friendly and attentive to detail they are. I felt extremely valued as a customer.

Oh! Side not to anyone getting a power lift bed: it needs to be a little bit farther away from the headboard than you think it does. If you lift Feet-Only, the mattress will collide into the headboard if it's too close. As a new power-lift base owner, I wasn't aware of that and asked Frank & Jose to push it closer. They did as I requested, but I realized that my decision was made in error. Luckily I caught them before they drove away. They came back inside to help me move my bed farther away.

Above & Beyond! I am SO thankful to each of these guys in making my experience of getting my new bed effortless for myself. You guys are Pros, and I hope that good things come to you all because this new bed is a start of good things for me.

I am so impressed by the customer service and authentic passion Justine and Adrian have for providing the best experience possible for their customers. Their dedication and commitment to do whatever it takes to insure that each customer leaves their store with exactly what they want and need, far surpasses all expectations I had when I walked into the store. My fiance and I had never formally been mattress/bed shopping before, so we didn't really know where to start or even what we were looking for. Justine patiently guided us through all the options in a way that eased any uncertainty that we had about what was best for us. I just wanna say how awesome our experience with Charlie was. We went in looking to get a mattress for our son over the weekend & ending up getting a new mattress for ourselves as well. Charlie is knowledgeable & seems to really care about the importance of back/sleep health. He took the time to explain the types of mattresses & not once did we feel pressured into purchasing. Delivery & installation was fast. (2 days) I had some questions afterwards regarding the base, etc. I called the store & spoke to James. James advised that Charlie was off & have since moved to a different store. (Hulen) James was helpful & answered my questions that he was able to assist with and said he would get the message to Charlie. Thanks, James! I received a call from Charlie on his day off which I was not expecting at all. He followed up on the delivery of our items & was so quick to fix the “issue” or make things right.
