Great American Cookies — Local services in Fort Worth

I honestly rarely write reviews but tonight’s service was awful. I wanted a cookies and cream shake. I ordered it without whipped cream & no chocolate swirls in a small size. I said I couldn’t remember if they called their smallest size a small or a regular because different places have different terms but specified I wanted the smallest option. The lady paused several minutes to talk to a coworker then turns around and said they don’t have Oreos to make that flavor. I decided on a plain vanilla. The lady takes a really long time making my milkshake. Her coworker finishes a milkshake and has already checked out his customer, and she still hadn’t finished mine. One of her coworkers went to ring me up because of how long she was taking and I said I got a small vanilla and she turns around and hands me a larger size vanilla shake with whipped cream on it. I tell her that it wasn’t supposed to have whip cream and she visibly rolls her eyes at me and makes a noise. Her coworker was sweet & seemed uncomfortable by how rude she was acting and goes to ring it up & I tell her I ordered a small shake. The lady huffs & corrects her coworker and says no I ordered a regular and I replied that no I ordered the smallest size to which the employee says loud enough the whole store could hear, “No you said small but then changed your mind to a regular” with so much attitude you could tell that the employee that was checking me out was starting to feel very uncomfortable as well as the other people in line. I correct the lady again that it was supposed to be the smallest size without whip cream and she goes to take the whipped cream off pour in a smaller container- lots of attitude involved. I then get charged $8 for a small vanilla milkshake. Needless to say between the price and how rude the employee was to me I will be going elsewhere in the future. Not overly impressed with our large holiday cookie, which was expensive. I gave Amy directions and she drew them up on her order form the exact way I described it. Amy has done beautiful work for us in the past but clearly this cookie was not decorated by Amy. Everything was off-center, the words were not written where I asked them to be and the graphic in the middle was also off-center and didn't look much like the one I viewed in the store. I have always like the cookie taste, but the cakes just keep getting thinner and thinner, they use to be a good size thickness.
