If there was an option to give no stars I definitely would. This is the most horrible place EVER! It takes 30 mins to get your food, even if it's something so simple. On top of that I had one of the worst experience I've ever had in a fast food place. My husband got food for us from here but I was running errands and didn't get to my food til about 2 hours after. So when I got home I grabbed it from the fridge and I was about to pop it in the microwave but something told me to look at my food so I opened up the box and my burger was burnt completely BLACK! I couldn't believe my eyes! So I called them and an employee answered with such an attitude and I asked to speak to a manager she said there wasn't one there, in my head I'm thinking why is there no manager (I work in fast food and there is always supposed to be a manager) . So I asked if I could speak her or someone and she HUNG UP on me! So my husband and I drove up there and as soon as we pulled up an employee was outside smoking right in front and was just staring at us. So we got out of the car and she ran inside. So we walked in and once again with an attitude she said "how can I help you? " and I asked to speak to a manager again and she SLAMMED her hands on the counter and YELLED "MAAM LIKE I SAID THERES NO MANAGER HERE!!!" And I asked why she was yelling and still yelling she claimed she wasn't yelling. We were going back and forth for about 5 mins (I raised my voice at her bc she was yelling at me) luckily my husband was there bc she was coming around the corner and acted as if she was going to hit me. I ended up going to the car bc I couldn't handle it anymore so my husband got her name and got our food replaced. The cooks told my husband this wasn't the first time she was threatening customers. Even they were terrified to go and look for her full name. I ended up calling corporate and put a report on her and even they were shocked with what happened. They told me the district manager would contact me to let me know the resolution. Here I am sitting here 3 weeks later no call from the district manager. My husband and I have gone back twice (only for tacos this time) and she's still working there!!! In my opinion, why would you keep an employee who treated a customer that way . First they did not tell us that when we were at the speaker, which is where they should've confirmed the order. They waited until 49 min later when we got to the window. The woman was popping her gum and smiling and talking with the people in front of us. We then got to the window and we told her we were Uber and she said she did not know what was on the order so we told her that also. She left and a guy came back ten min later and asked for the order again, so we told him again. He then left and came back and asked for our phone, which he set down on the window sill and proceeded to close the window. We tried to stop him, but he slammed the phone in the window. To which he replied "it's fine" and we asked him if he was going to pay the $500 to replace it after he broke it and he said "I have $500." Not once did he apologize, instead he said "you need to be better people" because we said we wanted the phone back before he broke it and he should write down the order. He then left again and then the woman went and took the order from the car behind us. In this time we got two more orders from somewhere else, but one ended up being cancelled because they took so long. Then 15 min after they took the order the third time and finally wrote it down she comes out telling us that we should understand that she had to work and could not be with her family on Christmas and she was homeless a couple of weeks ago. I ordered the 2 for $4 breakfast croissants that I've gotten a few times in the last few weeks. I pulled up to order, see the sign still clearly promoting the 2 for $4 special for a "limited time" but has no date displayed as to when it ends. I order my breakfast and the total was over $7. Clearly not the $4.33 I've been paying every other time I've come to jack in the box.
I ask the lady why it's so expensive. And she says they are no longer having the special. I explained to her that I was looking at the sign clearly displayed on the menu, advertising the special and that they are not honoring it. So I pulled up to the window and spoke to the manager who explained that they are short staffed and haven't had time to take down the sign. I said I understand, we are short staffed at work as well due to COVID-19. But if it is advertised It should be honored. They refused.
