I am delighted to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the supervisors and the dedicated restaurant crew at your store located at 7140 N. Fwy. Service Road E. Fort Worth, TX 76137. I recently had the pleasure of visiting and wanted to share my exceptional experience.

From the moment I stepped into the store, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism exhibited by the entire team. The cleanliness of the store and the inviting environment added to the overall enjoyment of my visit.

The quality of the food surpassed my expectations – it was not only delicious but also fresh. The attention to cleanliness extended to your salsa bar and drink machines, which were impeccably maintained. I must say, this particular store truly exceeded all my expectations, and I am thrilled that I chose to dine there.

Upon receiving our food at the table, I had the pleasure of interacting with the store manager, Enrique, who graciously stopped by to greet us and inquire about our dining experience. Prior to my departure, another supervisor, Miss Fina, also took the time to ensure that the service and food met our expectations.

I was particularly impressed by the efficient management of the kitchen by both supervisors. Observing them work seamlessly with their crew showcased a supervision style and professionalism that, in my opinion, set a new standard for excellence in restaurant experiences.

As a side note, I tried the Regio Bowl, and it was nothing short of perfection. The flavors were delightful, and I believe this entrée has the potential to become a regular highlight on your menu beyond its current limited-time offering.

My sincere thanks to Fina and Enrique for their outstanding service and for maintaining a store that is not only clean but also exceptionally welcoming. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I was TOTALLY SHOCKED when I got home Sat night, July 26th, and pulled these tortilla chips out of the bag. There's NO WAY they didn't know they were putting BURNT CHIPS in the bag when they were getting my order together, which means they were given to me intentionally! I went back up there to show the chips to the manager and she couldn't care less. She beagan speaking Spanish very quietly with the guy at the window, assuming I don't speak Spanish, well surprise! All she asked him was who gave him the chips to give to me. I got no apology and they acted like I was the one offending them instead of feeling any kind of remorse for serving me dark brown, burnt chips. I asked the guy at the drive thru window who gave me the chips, "Would give these chips to your kid and his response was "I don't have any kids." I said "Ok, would you give them to 'a' kid?", and he just looked at me with this blank look on his face. I kept asking why they gave me burnt chips like that and they just stared at me with this totally bored/blank expression and wouldn't answer me. Eventually they handed me a bag, replacing the chips with less burnt ones, but of course I couldn't eat them because at this point I totally don't trust anyone who works there. As a matter of fact, my roommate and I couldn't even eat the whole chicken I originally went up there and got, (when I got the burnt chips) cuz God only knows what they may have done to my food. It took me a couple weeks to even put my thoughts together and write this. I've never given a bad review before and it really hurts my heart that I have to post this one but I was so offended, shocked and appalled, I couldn't stay silent about it any longer. I've eaten at Pollo Regio at least once a month for the last 20 years and now never again! SHAME! SHAME!...

I have ordered here a few times - I'm really scared you all are going under because most of your locations have closed but this place is an absolute treasure. I know I always order late - but your people are always so kind and the food is always hot and so very tasty. The times I've gone through the drive through - that lady I want her to adopt me into her family. I also really wanna meet this GM and just pick their brain (I'm a buisness guy) because this place does it right. I was in a funk tonight - this food literally brought me right back amongst the normal people. I'm not even kidding. I bought a whole chicken (for later - don't judge me) and said "hey I am gonna give this taco bundle a go." B'SCUSE ME? Did your employees put crack cocaine in them?! I almost made myself sick I ate so much. That green sauce?! Punch me right in my no-no zone. I would smack YOUR mee-maw for that stuff and not even feel bad about it. They included all of my stupid add ons (I'm sorry guys sometimes I do that on DD to just see if you'll actually do it - I'm not a critic I'm just a giant A hole) and then some. They did it. Everything is always hot and fresh - and tbh - I'm a little worried what will happen going forward (because my better part doesn't much appreciate when I buy 3 whole chickens). I freaking love this place and this location is phenomenal. Also - this might be the 2nd raving review I've left - this place just feels like home and everything is so good and the people are so friendly, not to mention for a "fast food" chicken place - this is healthier and they just do it right here - and I will literally fight anyone who says otherwise. I've NEVER had a bad option from here. I'm not even kidding. Never had a bad experience here. Good stuff every...
