I am so disappointed in this locations drive-thru employees as well as Jen, the manager. I placed an order and while waiting, my family & I noticed the employees laughing and looking at us then the original boy who took our order said something to a young girl working the window then she came up to the glass almost touching it with her face, stared then started laughing with 2 other boys so we are growing suspicious as to what the joke is at this point. We eventually got our food and upon driving off, I see the girl make a licking gesture to one of the boys and with all this licking blue bell and people spitting in stuff then placing it back on shelves I donāt want the food and on top of all the shenanigans, my taco was not even wrapped, it was laying on the wrapper and the insides had fallen out and my sons food had lettuce which we ordered with no lettuce so I returned the food for a refund and had to experience Jen the manager. Not only was she looking at me puzzled as I was explaining the problems but she proceeded to call me a liar and say if the employees did anything sheās sure they didnāt mean it then she cursed when me and my son were standing there waiting for her to issue my refund. I asked her who her manager was and said I wanted to speak with them. Once I received my card and receipt she said ā you can take that and throw it out because we canāt keep itā, referring to the bag of food. I was just laughing in my head because I didnāt go to college for 8 years to throw their trash out! She is an unacceptable manager and should not be in any customer service role. She was condescending, unprofessional and attempted to be rude but she wasnāt even good at that. I will be contacting corporate as well. Shame on...

Last night I tried ordering our food online to save time, went in to pick up and was told order is not showing. Then I tried ordering at counter and the price for less food was going to cost me $10 more than online and was told they can not match online exclusive pricing!?!? They said to try placing order online again for discounts which I did (took a screenshot of order), I ask again if order came through and was told āNoā, are you sure you are ordering from correct store? I said yes & showed them a copy of screenshot, they said sorry donāt know what to tell you. I should have walked out but my family was in the mood for Taco Bell so I ordered at counter again, paid the extra $10 for less food and then after literally waiting another 25-30 minutes I was handed food in a bag that was already tearing, looked through order, was missing a couple items and was not made without the sour cream as ordered, they remade the the items and after another 10-15 minutes I was finally headed back home and very sad because they were not overwhelmed at at 7:30pm and really did not seem to have a care in the world what my frustration level was. When I went thru the drive, the guy on the speaker actually said "What do you want?", after me and my wife waiting a good 30sec to a minute, I mean I love tacos and all, but to be treated like this I was tempted to run away, but I stayed cause TACOS! SO I told him my order, he got back on and "That it?" Yes, that was my order, he finally told me my total, I go to the window to pay, and this young girl, I would say lady but Ladies have class and integrity, take my card, doesn't say a word, hands me back my card, then hands me my food. NO WORDS SPOKEN!!! I mean this is the service industry right? I understand that this is Taco bell, but if you pay money for food, no matter where you go, you expect to be treated with some sort of courtesy! I got none! The food was great, but the service was horrible! The girls name was Daisha, the time was at 5:06pm CST on March, 29 2018. I hope that if you read this, either the store manager or District Manager see's this and properly trains/disciplines these employee's correctly!
