Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I thought a second chance after a couple of months would have been worth it, but it wasn't.

I ordered a pizza and brownies with a "promise" delivery time of 9:15pm. When 9:30 rolls around, I call to get a status on my order, and I am informed it's just now coming out of the oven. I ask for a refund because I don't have time to continue to wait. I get put on hold for 5 minutes, and a manager answers the phone, stating she can't provide a refund. Why can't a "manager" provide a refund? She states her manager is the only one who can do so and isn't on duty at the moment.

So I reluctantly have them deliver it anyway. It arrives 20 minutes later, 20 more minutes, totaling 35 minutes late! When it does arrive, the driver rings the doorbell and just stands there waiting. While I'm thinking, why is he just waiting there since I ordered it as contactless delivery? I'm sick and contagious, the whole reason I ordered and ordered as contactless in the first place(i did double check the order and receipt on the order, and it did say contactless). So I opened the door and informed him of the delivery request through my storm door so I didn't get him sick. He offered to set it on the ground as he was supposed to, to begin with, and then proceeded to walk away without setting down the 2nd part of my order, the brownies. I stop him before he completely leaves and request the rest of the order.

I get the food inside, and the pizza is cold AND burned. What a wonderful combination.

This entire experience is the second time the exact same situation happened with late deliveries, cold food, and contactless requests not being honored. At least this time, they actually cut the pizza as last time they didn't. I would have figured with the feedback given the last time that improvements would have been made, but sadly not.

Oh my , I ‘ve had pizza here before and it was good , I tried the Greek salad and an Italian salad a few day ago, and it was so good that I had to go back a few days later to order Greek salad and added grilled chicken this time , and ordered the cheesy bread with it, can I say it was awesome! Everyone there is always nice and patient. Desmond the manager has always taken good care of me , Jayla is so sweet enjoy talking to her . Everyone there that has waited on me has been very pleasant . I’m sure they will make right for anything if you were unhappy with something. Edit: 5 Stars down to 1 Star. Horrible. First two times ordering were awesome. Smooth and good pizza and I was singing their praises! Second two times have been miserable. Last time I picked up and was given the wrong pizza and had to drive back after getting home. I was offered no discount or anything, just an apology. This time, the pizza sat in the delivery persons car for almost an hour before getting to my house (8 miles away). Estimated delivery time was 30min, driver got to my house 93 minutes later. I cancelled my order, because who wants to pay for soggy pizza? Avoid them if you want your order correct, and/or fresh. There will not be...
