McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

The lady that took my order at the drive thru kept getting my order wrong on the screen while telling her what I wanted, I repeatedly kept saying with cheese and she kept saying ok rudely. I pulled up to pay and receive my order and my order was wrong , she put what I told her was wrong on the screen in my bag any way! I gave her the order back and said it was wrong its suppose to be 3 sausage and biscuit with cheese She to the bag and bring the bag back with sausage and biscuits but no cheese. I went inside and spoke with the lady at the front and she went and got the manager , I explained to her my issue and she took the bag and said well Im going to have to charge you more because sausage and biscuits don't come with cheese and I said I know I told her to ADD the cheese on them , she continued to go back and forth extra rude with me over cheese and she scream to the lady speaking on the drive thru and said did I say cheese the lady lied and said I changed my order to save her self from a mistake that she did. After a few seconds of going back and forth she says Ill give the cheese to you so she started being very aggressive with my food , the whole time we going back and forth my hash browns are cold by this time I asked her to change my hash browns because they was cold she snatched the hash brown threw them with an attitude and handed me 3 hash browns with her bare hands and no bag because she was mad and never gave me back my receipt . This situation was overly rude and unprofessional and should be dealt with...

I ordered two sandwiches and two waters, the cashier confirmed the order, and payed for my food. I was told I was going to be given a receipt at the next window. when I pulled up to receive my food and receipt, I was only given my sandwiches without a receipt or waters. I asked the lady at the window where my waters were, and she told me to pull up to the curb. I waited for 15 minutes as multiple cars received their food. A young supervisor came up to the window and asked what we were waiting for. I proceeded to tell her how we ordered waters but we’re not given a receipt. We spend another 10 minutes waiting for waters until the girl comes back with a receipt telling me that we didn’t order waters. She wanted to charge me for water even though waters are typically free? I waited for 25 minutes to get told that I was wrong and needed to pay for $0.54 for water as my sandwiches got cold. Unprofessional service. Won’t be visiting this...

We get there. I'm in a wheelchair. This car doesn't have a handicap sticker. I very nicely, tell the owner she needs to not park, in a handicap spot, without a sticker. She starts screaming & cussing at me telling me, it's not my business. I said all u had to do, was say u forgot to place it in plain view. She continued to yell and cuss. I just ignored her. Then these 2 older men start yelling & cussing at me. This whole time, the manager did NOTHING. THEN we go to play area - me, my roomate, and my son there. Then with 2 kids, who weren't even playing, on the playground, were with 4 or 5 teenagers. They were ALL being super loud. So loud, my friend and I couldn't hear other talk & I could barely hear my child. This went on, for 20 min be4 I finally got the manager. She watched them. But said they're not doing anything wrong. Seriously?! So we will NEVER be coming back & again & I'll be contacting corporate. People just...
