If I could rate this place a big fat ZERO I would! Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 47 years on this earth. I went for a late night order of egg rolls and a piece of cheese cake. The menu board read $1.79 for a piece of cheese cake, however the item was ringing up at $1.89, 1st issue, they should update the menu board to reflect the price increase, or honor the posted price. The young man, I was told his name was Jordan, not sure if that was true or not, but anyway, the young man proceeded to tell me "well man it's ringing up $1.89 here, man do you want the cheese cake or not?" First of all I'm not a man and 2nd of all in probably old enough to be his mom 2 times over. Regardless of my age, what kind of customer service is this!!!!! I explained yes I want my order and my cheese cake for the price listed on the menu board, he told me....."man get out my drive thru......I done deleted yo whole order, now get out my drive thru....." needles to say I will never be returning to this particular Jack in the Box EVER! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE! I DON'T KNOW WHO RAISED THAT YOUNG MAN BUT HE NEEDS A DO OVER. I can't believe that this establishment condones behavior like this. Read moreI went to the drive thru, to get a snack. It was confusing, because there were 2 people talking to me. I placed my order, paid, got it, and left. At my destination, I found my 10 piece order of chicken nuggets only had 9. I recommend not going to this place, to be ripped-off by them. Don't you be their next victim. Since it was in a bag, I know for sure that the number that was in it when the lady handed it to me is the same as when I opened the box. I don't know, or care, if it was accidental, deliberate, or just a case of stupidity. My Germman Shepherd got 5, and I got 4. I'll spend my money somewhere else, from now on. They are NOT the only place in town, or even near-by. Edit: I visited a friend the next day, and discovered his wife had gone there, a couple of hours later, also through the drive thru. When she arrived home, and everything was passed out, she found they shorted her several orders of fries; not the base ones. Checking the ticket, she saw they had made sure to charge her for the missing fries, around $4. This shows my experience wasn't an isolated incident, and may very well be a normal practice here. Placed my order in app, received email receipt, arrived at JITB location at approximately 0435, was told that "system" was done, I responded that I placed an online order that was accepted, gave them my name, was told that they see my order but can not prepare it and that system should come back on by 0500. I waited in parking lot, watched 1 employee leave and 2 arrive between 0440-0500. At 0501 re-entered drive thru and gave my name, and was told to proceed to window. Received order at 0512, had to substitute curly fries for regular as was told curly fries were not available and mint shake was given to me in a small, clear, flat lid, cup 🤷♂️. Pretty disappointed in the "24hr" service at this location, never had to wait this long on a serviceable online/app order. No plans to order from this location in the future.
