Do not come to this Location! This is the closest Location to me and lots of neighborhoods around so they will get business no matter what, but if you can avoid it, definitely go to the Mcdonald's at alliance instead. Multiple bad experiences here. They force you to order at the kiosks, which constantly have issues and try to upcharge you, or you can instead wait at the counter forever. One time we were here, the play area was filthy, and my nephew stepped on a cockroach... Completely unsanitary. Last time I came here with my boyfriend, the employees were rude, it was early, before lunch rush, almost no one dining inside, and employees were acting all out of sorts. Must not be a manager there. They were doing dances, taking their sweet time getting food out to customers in the drive thru. Blatant rudeness and told that "No they can get their own drinks," when we ordered on the kiosk and it was supposed to be brought to us. Said by the same employee that was cussing and on her phone behind the counter. Boyfriend went up to the counter to ask for ranch, to a employee with her back towards him, dancing. Another customer told employees the soda machine wasn't working and the employee said he'd look at it, but he never did. Mind you they were extremely slow. There was a group of employees standing in full view behind the counter, dancing, cussing, talking, just blatantly not doing anything. One employee handed a young teenager an ice cream he ordered, and said, "thick and creamy, how you like it." Completely inappropriate to say to a boy that young.
I've also heard about an instance where someone here was talking to underage girls, not sure if it was an employee or a customer.
Do not take children here, it is not kid friendly. I try to be very understanding of employees in food service, as I know they don't get paid well, are under stress, and have to deal with outrageous customers. Yet the employees I saw that day deserve to be fired. There is a difference between trying to have fun during your shift and being completely inappropriate and rude to customers. Shame on...
Read moreIt took 10min to get a mocha through mobile order * what's fast about that *. There was no one in drive thru when I pulled up to #4. I waited, saw people come and go, made sure I put the right location, saved the # because the wifi messes up when I get close to McDonalds...then ,I pull thru drive. What pisses me off, I say I've been waiting for my med mocha, the lady in stripes says...what, I sent it out? Not to me...and Noone cleared the acct either because it literally tells me when u do. She ask me to scoot up, so she can handle the people behind me, as if I wasn't important and hadn't already been waiting.
Last week, I sat for about 12min and did the same thing, the male manager said if it doesn't come on the screen we can't see it...is this my fault? He also tells me to scoot forward . Now, as I told Carissa today, who was very pleasent....I stopped going to the one at 2400 because of their lack of customer service and disrespect, even if u don't care act like it. At least apologize...they've gotten horrible over the last month. Instead of arguing with me, just get my mocha and move on
Nicole told me Noone should be asking me to scoot up for a mocha, and I've been really nice , even when I'm told I need to help the customers behind you....The male manager and blonde told me that.
This is a warning, I will no longer be waiting nor will I scoot forward for my mocha, so I hope the team shares this because it's ridiculous how McDONALDS employees don't respect daily customers. You will learn to start making my mocha when I order it at the window and give it to me at the 2nd window....
Read moreThis particular McDonald's location often has high wait times for food that would normally be on hand. Also, we dined in this trip and could barely see a couple of employees in the back of the kitchen, with no one offering to take our order or assist with the digital menu board. There were also no number "arches" to take, so when the machine asked for a number, I just had to make up one, causing the employee to wander aimlessly through the lobby wondering whose order he was delivering. I would love to have asked someone to bring them out, but there was no one to ask. It was very impersonal, took longer to order off menu board, and it is difficult to see what choices you want if the screen only displays one "type/category" of options at a time, instead of being able to see the entire menu board. All of this, and we only had 1 med meal, 1 large meal, and an extra drink....FOR OVER $20.00. We could have gone to an actual restaurant for that....especially before Covid, gotten better food, and more of it, for less money. I know the economy was hit hard, but they literally have their own supply chain, and yet their prices seem to have gone up by higher percentages than other fast food or full restaurants! No longer a cheaper or better alternative for a small family at all. Thank goodness I didn't order a meal and my whole familywasn'tt there to eat, or we might not have had money to eat the rest of...
