I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant. On February 6th, my friend and I both ordered the “Crispy Chicken Deluxe meal”, only to find a strand of hair embedded in the food. This was not only highly unappetizing but also raised significant concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene and food safety practices.
Upon bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, I was met with an additional level of frustration due to the unprofessional behavior of the General Manager, Katya. Rather than addressing my concern with empathy and professionalism, she was extremely rude and condescending. Instead of offering a reasonable resolution, she insisted that I leave work and return both the contaminated food and receipt. This response was not only inconvenient but also dismissive of the seriousness of the situation. Her attitude and lack of customer service made an already unpleasant experience even worse.
McDonald’s is a brand that is widely recognized for its commitment to quality and customer care. However, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and degrades a once trusted national brand. I urge you to investigate this matter, not only in terms of food safety but also in how customer complaints are handled at this location. Proper food handling procedures and customer service training should be reinforced to prevent similar incidents in the future.
For your reference, I have enclosed pictures of the contaminated food as evidence of this incident. I request a formal response outlining the steps McDonald’s intends to take to address this issue. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund or appropriate compensation for this unacceptable experience.
I understand each location is a franchise and therefore individually owned. I will be reaching out to your corporate headquarters with...
Read moreI went through the drive through yesterday and even though the food was correct and was good their service needs some work.
I asked for tartar sauce for the fish sandwich I ordered and the girl somehow heard "taco sauce" instead and gave me picante sauce. I said i asked for tartar sauce and she replied, "We're not Jack in the Box, we don't have taco sauce. I had to say it slow and loud for her to understand me and then she told me i needed to pull forward and someone would bring it out. I pulled forward and 1, 2, 3, 4 minutes go by with no sign of anyone coming out. Someone was also waiting behind me at this point. I got tired of waiting so I parked my car and went inside. I went to the counter and after three employees stood there giving me blank stares without a word I asked, "Can someone get me some tartar sauce please" and I guess the girl that was a manager asked another employee to hand me the garter sauce on the counter but all I saw was a 4 piece nugget box. The other employee then picks up and hands me the nugget box. I didn't want to believe it but I opened it and they had just filled the box with tartar sauce.... Filled a nugget box with tarter sauce and handed it to me like that was ok. I threw it in the trash and left because I didn't ask for a cardboard box of tartar sauce. If they didn't have packets they should have just said so. I'd rather that than get handed a non-sealable...
Read moreOut of the three McDonald's that I'm ever nearby, this one is my favorite to get my iced mocha obsession satisfied and my husband's mocha frappe cravings handled. For as busy as they usually are every morning, they're generally speedy and get you moved through. Now for the other two locations, they make them where they taste funky; the machines are constantly "down," or they're melted and watered down by the time they reach us for whatever reason. I must admit I come to this location several mornings each week (after dropping my husband at work) to get an iced mocha and my husband's frappe to drop back off to him at work. The only gripe I have is several times, I've been given no straws or only one straw in the bag of food, so by the time I notice we either have none or only one of us gets a straw which doesn't work well with these drinks, and whip cream on top since they are messy to try and drink normally. When they brought back the shamrock shake a bit ago, I was so excited, so I got one; well, I got the one with Oreos in it, and I have to say, a HUGE letdown. It tasted horrible and artificial like I don't know what happened, but it was nasty. (Also, just FYI, I've only ever been here on weekday early mornings, 8 am-8:30 am, so other days and times I...
