Moe’s Gyro (Gyros and Wings) — Restaurant in Fort Worth

They have very authentic and good tasting Greek/Mediterranean food. One of the only places I've found locally that has Tabouli, which is one of my fav foods! And they made it right, perfect flavor balance! Hummus is a 9/10 one point off only because I like it crazy super smooth and it was just a hair shy of how smooth I like it, flavor dead on though! Flavor of everything was spot on! Gyro meat and pita were very good and you could tell handmade and not store bought and frozen. Best falafel I've ever had, anywhere!! Fries were perfect and crispy crinkle cut seasoned well! We ate in the restaurant and everything was hot and fresh! I didn't try the chicken kabob yet, we got there early right when they opened and it was going to be 15 min, which is totally normal but we were super hungry. Greek salad was very very good, dressing was spot on, a good flavorful authentic greek vinaigrette. They have wings that looked really good too...will try them next. We are from Detroit and Greek is my fav food! Have spent a lot of time in 19 years here, looking for good Greek here and this hits the spot in NW FW! I usually have to drive from Haslet to Arlington for good tabouli and fattoush! A request for the owner, I'd love to see Labne on the menu but I know that's probably not as popular with everyone! This place is in our regular rotation now for sure! Dine in quaint and small but they do have 4-5 tables. Drinks are kind of limited with canned soda or bottled water but not overpriced like a lot of places. I don't think they charged us for the bottled water. Stopped by for the first time last week and didn't know they had just closed for the night!!!. It didn't matter to the terrific staff... They took my order anyway and within 10 min or so, I was taking home the BEST gyro I'd ever eaten! The meat was cooked perfect, it wasn't chewy or greasy and had amazing flavor. The white sauce was fresh and not bitter, and the bread was so soft you would have thought they'd just baked it for my order (maybe they did!!). The gentlemen who prepared my to go order was friendly and accommodating even though I had made him stay past closing just to make my meal!!! My Gyro was THAT good, at closing time, so their menu must be on point all the time- you won't go wrong eating here!! Thanks Moe's! You're my new...

Update: Took my super picky son here and he loved it. He got just a meat and pita bread, but he at almost the entire thing and wants to come back! Still the best gyro I've ever had! The flavor of the meat was great, and the meat was so tender. I had them leave off the tomatoes and lettuce, because I don't like those, but it was still super delicious and filling even with just the meat and taziki sauce. The pita bread was great as well, nice and soft, not overdone. Very generous helping of fries and a can of soda came with my combo meal.

Restaurant was clean. There was music in what I believe was Arabic playing. Good music and not loud, which I appreciated.

Will definitely come back here the next time I'm traveling...
