OOOWWWEEE Wangz N Catfish — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I don't go often bc the food is a tad expensive when looking for similar wing choices BUT it's worth the price.

BIG BONUS POINTS: on my last visit I ordered an extra side of greens. When I got home, the greens were missing. I didn't sweat it and didn't notify them. However, about 15 minutes after I'd arrived home, I got a call from them. They'd noticed that they forgot the greens and wanted to apologize. WHO DOES THAT?! That is the best service I've experienced in a long time and went way above and beyond expectations. "We know how frustrating it is to get home and not have what you ordered." You got that right!

EXTRA BONUS: they didn't then try to satisfy me with free food. Thank you. I don't want free food. What they offered was to make sure I had the greens I ordered the next time I visit. THAT is perfect. You already did enough owning up to the mistake. And offered to give me what I paid for. I'm sure for some, that may not be quite enough; for me, I'm sold.

05/25/2019 First timer ordering these Wangz threw favor I originally was supposed to get wings from the daiquiri but favor didn't pick up at that location so i decided to order from OOOWWWEEE Wangz i looked up the restaurant online to read the reviews to see what everyone else was ordering since i wasn't going in myself i left my judgment up to the customers reviews to help me decide what to get so i decided to go with the 8 piece wangz basket mind . Me and my husband had a big argument last night over some stuff but these wangz brought us back close i got the food for myself but i offered him some and he damn near ate the whole darn basket he is in love with those wangz he just can not stop talking about those wangz he told me to rate this place 10 stars but i told him that the highest was 5 stars he also called the restaurant and expressed how much he loved those wangz to the first person that answered the phone omg these wangz are so GOOOOOOOD!!!! i have never in my life tasted wangz so darn good and the fries was OOOWWWEEEE good also and the pickles shoots you don't need ketchup for the fries there so good I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place you will not be...

Just got my food from this place and it was exhausting!

I put my order in online at 6:22pm. Didn't get my order till 2 hours later!!! I got my food and I asked the lady is all the sauces in there. She got a nasty attitude asking me about sauces. I paid for extra ketchup and tartar sauce ALSO paid for the strips to have boomerang sauce. Finally got home and guess what. No tartar sauce, no boomerang sauce. $30 for food with a SURPRISED 2hr wait time, missing PAID sauces and a nasty attitude? I'm better off going to Lisa's nasty ass chicken. I wasnt being rude. All l did was give her my last 4 phone numbers and asked for the sauces.

Advice: Fix your website with accurate wait times instead of fixin your mouth with an attitude. And don't rush people away from the counter when they try to check if everything is there.
