I genuinely don't know how this place has 4.8 stars. I went on a Friday night, fully expecting this place to be busy due to all of the amazing reviews. We got there and there was 3 tables, two of which had already finished eating and were waiting on checks. It wasn't crowded, but apparently, doordash and uber eats orders weren't being managed properly, causing undue stress on the single waitress that was taking care of the whole floor, packaging togo orders, and taking customer calls. Genuinely ridiculous and insane. Service was poor due to the extreme amount of responsibility placed on a singular staff member and apparently the owner is blind to this and didn't adjust/pause the doordash or uber eats orders, despite being at the counter making rolls/sushi. My order was also incorrect due to the sheer volume of orders coming in-- I guess it was misread-- and when I asked for it to be taken off the bill the owner commented that the incorrect roll I had gotten was more expensive than what I had ordered (that I didn't eat a single bite of, again, due to the fact it was not what I had ordered). Which is correct-- that is exactly why I wanted it taken off the bill. Food was good, but definitely not worth the wait, stress, and a screaming child running around the floor being chased by another older child. I feel bad for...

Can't say enough about this place!! Was so excited to hear about a sushi place opening up around here because there are not many. Was incredibly delighted with the selection which includes many cooked and raw sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri and hot plates such as tonkatsu, fried rice, sweet and spicy bowls, and yakisoba noodle dishes. I've only tried the sushi, but plan to be back for some of the hot dishes. On my first visit, we tried the gyoza which was plump, crispy and oh so delicious with an incredible sweet hot sauce that we kept at the table for the sushi. We tried the Rainbow Roll, the Under Power Roll and the Softshell Crab Roll and all were beautifully made, fresh and tasted AMAZING! On my second visit, I tried the Everest Combo with the Rock and Roll special sushi and I can't say enough about it. The BBQ eel on it was so succulent and I will most definitely be back for seconds. The sashimi and nigiri was exquisitely cut, fresh, delicious and such a bang for your buck. I definitely recommend this place if you are a sushi fan, it's a hidden gem that...

I’m currently pregnant and have been so craving sushi lately, so when I tried Everest Sushi Bar & Grill, I was nervous but hopeful — and they absolutely delivered.

From the moment my husband walked in, the atmosphere was warm and casual. The chefs prepared my roll right in front of him.

I ordered a California Roll, and it was exceptional. The rice was seasoned just right, the crab (or imitation crab) and avocado were fresh, and the seaweed had the perfect snap. It hit the spot in a way I desperately needed these days.

The service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting.

Overall, if you’re looking for a sushi spot with fresh flavors, a visible sushi bar experience, and staff who make you feel welcome — especially when you’re in pregnancy-food-craving mode — I highly recommend checking out Everest Sushi. I’ll...

The sushi here is fresh!!! Very much melt in your mouth, yummy!! We had the sashimi Platter, among other things. The portions are fair, not the usual very thin slices. When we pulled up, I was worried because the restaurant is very plain and unassuming. My boyfriend was also worried as well. However, we decided to try it due to the high reviews, and boy, were we glad we did! The place was not busy when we got there but soon it started to get busy. The sushi at times took a bit to get to us, but it was definitely worth the wait. Our server was friendly. It seems to be a family owned and run place. You definitely have to try this place, we are definitely going back soon!!
