Rose Nails — Local services in Fort Worth

I had been there before, but yesterday it was terrible. Very stressful, not relaxing, 2 technicians worked on me and it was very crowded. The arm of the chair fell down and my water fell in the floor. One girl cut my little finger and it was bleeding and she did not even apologize or say a word. The girl who did my pedicure did not know where any of the equipment was and made me wait a long time while she figured it all out. The mechanics of the massage chair did not work correctly. The girl hurt my legs when she massaged them. (I have gotten pedicures for years and never had this happen) I could not wait to get out of there and it cost me $51 for this...

Every time I try to come here, I call beforehand, or I walk in, and ask how long the wait will be. I recognize that as a walk-in customer, I will probably need to wait, which is why I ask. What I don't appreciate is that literally every time I do so, they are dishonest about how long the wait will be. Look, if it's too busy, or if it's going to take over an hour, TELL ME. I will come back at another time. But if in your efforts to keep customers, you are dishonest about how long they have to wait, it is actually pushing customers away. Now I drive 20 minutes to a different nail salon, because I got so fed up with this situation happening every time I went...

This is the place to go if you want a relaxing and well done mani-pedi! I've been going to Tina for 12 years since she first started at Ocean Nails off S Hulen. Tina took over Rose Nails 2 months ago. Of course I'm writing this review as I sit here getting my pedi done by Tina. Lol. With great low prices, wonderful customer service and plenty of spa options you'll be sure to leave rejuvenated just like I do every time. Unlike other salons, Tina is open on Sunday's! !
