The name says so much. This place is indeed more of a LOUNGE than a Barber Shop. As a female, I often dread the barber shop trips with my grandson. It can be so uncomfortable with the conversations and atmosphere overall. With an event a few hours away, my young grandson needed a haircut. Having never heard of this place at all, we decided to stop by when we drove past. One of the best decisions I have made in a long time. Gregg was his barber and he was beyond patient. My grandson is only 3 and suffers from ADHD...and let me tell you, he can be challenging. Gregg made him feel so comfortable that he fell asleep in the chair. His demeanor was very calm which is important when dealing with my baby. The shop as a whole was very well decorated, very appealing all the way down to the smell. It was relaxing with calm music softly playing. The other barbers were quietly engaging with their clients and I couldn't help but be impressed. First off I’m a brother in the U.S. Air Force and this brother Mr. Eddie Pannell is on point like a pencil. Extremely professional and gives you that Down South etiquette. I called him last minute yesterday and took care of me and even squeezed me in last minute. I mean I had to wait 5 extra minutes and the brother apologized politely for his tardiness. NOW THAT WHAT I CALL P.R.O.F.E.S.S.I.O.N.A.L.I.S.M. Also this brother is Army Veteran. Everybody was professional and just genuinely caring for clients. Don’t put your card on file. PAY IN PERSON. Very upset with the booking site. I needed my sons haircut for the weekend today so I scheduled the next available appointment for 830am the following day. However, My booking was never accepted the entire day. I kept checking back and forth - nothing. So I go to cancel it bcuz i never received confirmation. I go to the website to see their holiday hours open at 10a. But they still charged my card $20 for an appointment they never confirmed nor could not honor!
