Taqueria El Arquito — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I ordered languá tacos, after waiting 10min I received what looked like "spam". It was cubed and was multicolored. I was so repulsed I could not take one bite. When I showed it to the Mexican who took my order he said that it was lengua and there was nothing he was going to do about it cause I wanted new tacos any other type of beef cause I wouldn't be having what they tried to give me. My friend proceeded to tell the staff "despite our color or the way we look we will not be served any different that other customers". I guess the manager was in attendance to hear the protest and hatefully quickened to the register where he said" let me straighten it out for you." He replaced the pho-beef tounge with 3 barbacoa tacos which were light on condiments some Cilantro slivers of onion and 2 slices of lime not even 1 for ea. Taco. When I asked for some "Salsa de rojo e verde" the twerp looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. Then I repeated in English and super slow, amazingly he understood and gave me a bag with two smaller bags containing the hot sauce. I will never order another food item from this so called tacqureà. I recommed when you visit this gas station/convince store stick to gas or beer and grab food some where else. You will save your self the time money stress and most importantly the condition of you stomach...

We come here often it's usually really good. We usually get their 25 trompo tacos special. I usually call ahead to order our tacos, I tried calling multiple times and it would go straight to voicemail. Until I had my boyfriend call, they responded and mentioned the trompo would be ready in 40 minutes he told them he would call later. We called 20 minutes later and were told the same information, I told them 40 minutes? Cause my boyfriend just called and you told him 40 minutes too, he told me oh it'll be 35 minutes then. I told them I still wanted to put in the order. I was awaiting to receive the text message that my order was ready but never got it so we decided to head over for the order. When we arrived for the order the tacos were cold and the meat was burnt and hard!!! I am so disappointed they completed this order this way specially because it's a big order of 25 Tacos! I was expecting fresh hot tacos since they mentioned that it was berly being prepared! This is a really really bad preparation of these tacos I'm so disappointed. Something has to change in the preparation of the food because it didn't use to be like this at this...

When I arrived I wasn't greeted by the staff and when I was finally noticed he assumed I was there to pick up a order that had been called in once that issue had been resolved I placed my order of 2 lengua tacos that per the menu should have come with grilled onions jalepenos onion and cilantro and lime no problem right I requested a side of cheese and a side of sour cream which of course I knew I would be charged for when I received my order I had 3 slices of grilled onion and enough cilantro and onion for 1 taco I took it back and requested more for the second taco the employee told me I would be charged I disagreed of course because had they been separate I would have been due 2 jalepenos and more condiments other than the bad customer service the lengua was delicious I can't say that I will go back because I felt cheated but in due time maybe the bad experience can be resolved...
