HUGE POSSIBILITY OF COVID19 SPREAD! PLEASE BEWARE!!! I would give them no stars. I just went to get a large milk shake and a cup of ice. There was like 7 individuals working in the building and there was only 3 cars in the parking lot and I was still waiting for over 15 minutes for a milkshake. I don't understand how they can have so many individuals working but not provide fast and efficient service. As I was waiting for my milkshake I just happened to glance to my left and saw one of the Sonic Worker take the cherry out of the container with his hand and put it in the shake that they handed me. I politely handed the milkshake back to them and said I need a refund because if you don't know we are in the midst of a pandemic. I really don't think these companies are training their store level staff on the seriousness of not utilizing their hands to make food especially when the items are cold ensuring that COVID is not spread via food contamination. Read moreWaited in line for a long time at the drive thru. The car in front of me waited at the speaker for a while and then drove off. I had to repeat my order and couldn’t understand a word the drive thru person was saying. I ordered a large coke and a medium blast, a simple order. When I got up to the window, the young lady just said “8.10” and I gave her my card. When she handed it back to me I told her thank you, she said nothing. Then she hands me the order and the coke was a medium, not a large. I told her the coke was supposed to be a large but that I would just take it because I didn’t have time to change it out (the wait was already long). She sat there with the blast in her hand with the straws and a spoon and just stared at me like I irritated her, but still said nothing. She handed me the blast and I said thank you. Read moreJust had a horrible experience at this location. I did not like how my cream slush was made; it had too much slush & not enough ice cream. I asked for just a small amount of ice cream to put in my drink to make it like I'm accustomed to. (I usually visit the location near my work & order the same drink every time). I ended up speaking to Savannah, the "supervisor", who stated: "Ma'am, I made your drink according to how I was trained & if you want more ice cream you will be charged for it". HOW RUDE!!! I then asked her: "So, you are saying that you don't care about your costumer satisfaction & doing the right thing"? She answered: "if you want more ice cream, you'll have to pay for it!". I guess this location doesn't understand how costumer service works! I just moved to this area & thanks to this experience, I won't be back to this location.
