I have dealt primarily with this location for about 4 years. I have been with MetroPCS for around 14 years. My experiences has been bitter-sweet. At times i have had issuses with long wait times, dealing with staff who had no clue what they was doing and the list of problems with the phones they sell. I have to upgrade every year and sometimes more! I have only gad to deal with customer service a few times and found them to be very fustrating to say the lease. For the most part staff at this location or any location will get you in n' out quickly. The question always is did you get what you went for? Did they resolve your issue? Usually not. Sometimes on target. Their standard answer for every kind of problem is "just rebooth the phone" or "do a hard rebooth". If that don't work then purchase another phone! Well my low rating is not for all those issues but for whats been going on in the last 6 months. In between buying new phones i gave to purchase new charger cable and adapters about every two months. I always buy the most expensive ones: cable & adapter for about $20. You can buy the $10 ones but they dont last a month. About 5 months ago they came up with a bright ideal. Sell the cable separately from the adapter. $10 each not bad. Now when you go in to purchase either the cable by its self or the adapter by its self they usually never have it. That location do not sell the adapter alone so you still have to buy the whole set. The kicker is this the last few times i have went into that location the guy would either try to sell me one at a higher price and when I asked when did they go up on their price he said they always been that price and when I told him i was just in there and gave him date and name of person who sold it to me he then changed his tune and said I could have it for the same price. The last time I went into this location the guy said he was out. He then went into a drawer pulled out one that was not in a package and offered it to me for $25. When i questioned it not being in a package, he went down to $20. I then pointed out to him the brand he was trying to sell me was the cheaper brand. He then ofered it at a lower price. I left and the next day I went to the location at 6605 Meadowbrook Dr Fort Worth, TX 76112. Only to have a lady at that location trying to sell me the same brand everywhere else sells for about $20, she wanted $30. When I said "no deal" so began bargaining with me! My thing is this for 14 years I have dealt with a franchise that provided fixed prices! When did MetoPCS start selling it's stores to individuals who can set their...
Read moreI've been a Metro customer for years now in the beginning I would always get the really cheap phones and they would break pretty quick you know if I could get a phone till the last 6 months I was you know I'm pretty good shape. Last phone was the Moto 5G and unfortunately it got stolen but I was able to keep that for a little over a year but the guy that works in here his name is amir if I remember correctly..
I thought the service was great I want to believe he was giving me the very best deals possible some of that baby because I was eligible for an upgrade to I'm not exactly sure but I walked out of there with the Moto 5G stylist 2023 6 gigabyte RAM I love this phone I really do he told me to come back right before my first month's plan was up that he would do some edits make a little bit cheaper and he did exactly what he said he was going to do.
The only reason I'm giving this place four stars I do want to believe though that amir was giving me the best deals best prices that were available I've been to quite a few Metro PCS and I would definitely recommend this this one over pretty much all of them in the...
Read moreI came to switch back from another carrier to Metro & Etka was telling me there's no $30 plan. She said there's only $40 plan. I had to go on the website & show her that there is one because I've been on that plan prior for years. She did not run the sim card that I brought in with me to see if I was able to use it she just said she cannot do it, she made me just buy a new sim card. She then tried to charge me for the $40 plan when I went to swipe my card until I had said something before inserting it for that price so then she fixed it & charged me for $30 plan but said "I put you on the $40 plan but don't worry you can leave I will call customer service & fix it for you to go with the $30 plan. I left feeling very unsatisfied & confused. She was highly unprofessional & did not call metro customer service at all to fix my plan to $30 a month like I came in there asking for! I was on & off the phone with customer service for 3 hours after leaving the store & of course throughout those 3hrs she did not bother to fix it, I had to myself. Glad I did not depend on her to "fix" my plan when I left....
