Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Out of town on business - ordered a pizza - an hour later the front desk called saying that the delivery guy wouldn't come to the room - I went down in pajamas - drive was rude - I paid (and tipped) he walked away and I found my order was completely wrong - asked kindly to please bring the correct one - he didn't understand why I just wouldn't take the pizza he brought - I asked again - he said his phone was in the car and to wait and he'd be back - I asked if he had my # and he said yes - I told him I felt weird hanging out in the lobby in my pajamas so I would go back up and he could call - he said he would call - 20 minutes later, no call - I called the store and spoke with Michelle - 2/3 through my story she interrupted me to say "we remade your pizza and it's on the way ok?" - I asked if she could credit my account and reminded her I was out of town- she said I could just tell my local store what happened and they would give me my credit because they couldn't put it in the system- I said are you sure that will work? She said "we remade the pizza, isn't that enough?" - frustrated I gave up and said ok (knowing that wouldn't work) - over an hour later the front desk called again so I had to go back down - he was nicer this time and offered me a 2 liter of soda for my trouble- told him I can't have sugar but thank you- He then told me they made the pizza wrong again and it had to be remade a third time and that's why it took so long - This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time. For whatever reason their website won’t let me submit a feedback form so I’ll have to post it here. Tonight I was pretty disappointed with my order. I placed an online order through the app at 6:45pm. My order number being #0051. I got a notification from the app at 7:08pm saying my pizza was on the way. I want to note that my receipt also says “out time: 7:08pm”. I got a phone call from the driver at 7:43 saying he was in my complex but didn’t know which building it was. That’s not really a big deal but with the store being 0.4 miles from my house I don’t really think it takes that long to get over here. I met him at the door at 7:50, got inside and noticed my pizza looked like it had been sitting out for quite some time. It was cold and some slices had little to no cheese on them. Stay away!! Horrible location! I have never encountered a bad pizza from Papa Johns but this location is just awful. They overcook the pizza and cut it all crazy, but I keep giving them chances. Not after tonight that’s for sure. Driver couldn’t find me after calling me twice and me giving him detailed directions. He just didn’t want to listen to me. I called and some weasel that could be a guy but sounded like a chick, said they were the General Manager and there was nothing they can do. Said they could remake it and I could come pick it up, but that is their only driver. Also said, Maybe if they would raise minimum wage they could hire more people. Completely rude and unhelpful!!
