Four Season Nail — Local services in Fort Worth

If I could give it no stars I would. I get my nails done every three weeks for the past ten years. Probably the worst nail experience I have ever dealt with. I'm from out of state and am just visiting Fort Worth. Went here based on reviews, to get a full set and pedicure. They weren't even busy when I walked in, yet they still rushed through everything. Quickly took off my old set, and cut my real nails off in the process. They put tips on and rushed me to my pedicure where they worked on my nails and toes at the same time. They finished everything and now it was time for my polish to go on my nails. I get gel so I know it's a longer process with the light and what not. Anyway, she messed up the first coat. I pulled my hand out from the light and there were ripples all over my nails. And instead of removing ALL of the polish, she just peeled off the not so pretty parts with her nails!! Then painted over it and told me to do the light again. When she told me I was finished, there were bubbles all over my nails. I was livid. The manager asked if everything was ok, and I said no, and they did nothing or said nothing. I did not tip for the crappy service. I will...

This is my go-to nail place! They’re always so friendly and no matter how busy they get they always attend to everyone in the most professional yet friendly manner. Their prices are great and the quality of their work is top notch. I’ve never left disappointed! I’ve done everything from dip, French tip manicure and gel nails as well as nail extensions so they can do it all! They’re great with remembering their customers as I don’t go every two/three weeks as most people do but they always remember me. I’m also a quite person so talking while getting my nails done isn’t my thing and they nicely picked up on that. Some places they’ll force conversations upon you and I’ve not a fan of that. They can also be very talkative as I’ve seen them carry on conversations with other customers the entire time they’re getting their nails done if that’s your thing. I went in about a week and a half ago - I set an appt for 11am (if you're going in around lunch time set an appointment they were full by the time I left). It's a small, clean, friendly place with a lot of regulars but I saw on another sites reviews to not go with the young man and I agree. He did my gel manicure and though they turned out pretty darn great there were a couple of things wrong. First he cut my nails with a dirty pair of clippers that I was so surprised by I didn't even say anything, they were sitting in a little basket next to him as opposed to in a sealed, sanitized bag. Secondly he almost clipped off the skin from the tip of my fingers multiple times. Lastly, I tried to be friendly and ask him how long he had been there and if he liked it which he replied "maybe" . . . I will give this place another chance but will ask for someone else to...
