Esther Penn — Local services in Fort Worth

My daughter and I have been Esther Penn customers since 2019. Today, we went to the Fort Worth store looking for a dress for her upcoming baby shower. For the first time ever, the customer service was atrocious. The salesperson was not helpful and seemed totally annoyed that we were even in the store. My daughter’s friend had been in the store earlier and put two dresses on hold for her. My daughter tried them on and I tried on a dress also. None were the right fit, so we continued looking at other items and the salesperson impolitely said, “just so y’all know, the store is closing in two minutes.” We felt unwelcome, rushed, and her demeanor immediately tainted our shopping experience. I went out of my way to go to this boutique while visiting Fort Worth on 10/7. I have no complaints about the service I received but i was overall disappointed with this shop. The quality of some of the fabrics is NOT quality for the prices. I am normally a medium or large but none of the large sizes fit me and there were no XLarge sizes at all. Owner of this boutique: please be more conscious of the fact that there are NORMAL size people, not sticks, that would like to find cute clothes in your store. I left without buying anything.
