Terrible location. Hours posted online by Qdoba and website list 9:30pm. Placed order yesterday for pickup between 8:56pm - 9:06pm. I get to the location at 9:02pm and lights off, chairs up and a lady and an employee were talking, walking around and didn't make eye contact. After 6 minutes, she comes to the door with the only pickup order (mine) and asks if I'm picking up. I show her the time showing pickup, hours from corporate/online and she said it's 9pm.....so change it?
Original issue i ordered online on 7/15. Get to the store and they closed early (again) with a note saying "sorry" but no recourse how to get rectified. Unable to cancel or change order so I call the next day and spoke to Julie (District Leader apparently) who asked I text her the order details to refund. Texted her personal phone (imessage) 7/15 with the order and no reply/acknowledgement. Still no refund today, 8/8 and charged on 7/17 per Chase. I called the store TWICE and ring, ring and ring then someone answers and hangs up (shocking). I texted Julie saying it's not refunded and the screenshot from Chase. No reply. I call Julie and she has an attitude as I did but she is the leader which is a red flag...customer service much? She said she as no direct reports and gave me "corporate" phone number which is the group that owns this location (RUN! It's TERRIBLE). I told Julie it's fraud as I have not received either 1. My goods or 2. My services in over a month...how is that not fraud? Then I have to reach out MULTIPLE times to get my refund from 7/15? Called their corporate group and awaiting a callback from her supervisor which the representative who answered said she can't refund since the transactions are closed from the month...okay? They can issue a check...no thanks, I don't want a mailed check for $11 and then if they offer a replacement, i have to go Mansfield...way more than $11 in gas. Such a TERRIBLE location, terrible district leader who shouldn't be in customer service and should it be expected that your customer follow up with the DISTRICT LEADER for a refund from over a month ago that you requested a text with ZERO acknowledgment? How many others were placed that day with no refunds still? It's fraud, plain and simple. Julie was more concerned with "trying to fix the staffing issue" but that's not my concern, my concern is my stolen money from 7/15.
Please go to ANY other location. ALWAYS problems and I hope you visit either the Bailey Boswell or Tehama Ridge location as it's different ownership that closes at 10pm and THEY CARE! Aaliyah is amazing (Bailey Boswell location) and will take care of you and give you AMAZING...

UPDATE 9/12/25 - Man, google maps and the website were giving conflicting close-times and we just left the gym at 8:55pm. Called the number on the website to confirm... the manager over 4 stores answered immediately and I didnt get her name but she was super sweet, kind and funny... need to find out if she's single haha! But for real, she called the store to verify because some locations have varying times and she wanted to be 100% certain so she called them then called us right back and told us call her back anytime with any issues/concerns or questions. And she was prompt. Thats good beans man! She was great and we really appreciated it because we were craving it... its my most frequented stop after the gym. Thank you so much sweet manager lady!
Another cool fact... this may turn some off but only if youre heartless. There was a homeless man there and we all need a little help. When I was checking out I told the guy at the counter that Id like to buy him a meal... the kid said... "That's very kind but we just got him one!" Thats super cool. Most places wont let them in. And in this world... we need more love and kindness. Kudos.
Also... they always remember to grab my bowl and get me started. QDOBA reigns supreme. Good job guys. And as you can tell, my reviews pull a lil weight. And I never write long reviews anymore haha... anyway. Enjoy a pic of the kiddo and our tasty bowls.
Chipotle has nothing on QDOBA. Neither does Freebirds. Y'all should make me your...
Read moreWe love Qdoba, however this location consistently has issues. It is the only store within a 20-30 minute drive from us in south Fort Worth, TX, so we visit here often. We usually always dine in or pick up, so the food always tastes good and the staff are always pleasant enough, but they are constantly closed in the middle of the day or frequently have online ordering turned off. The amount of times we've shown up to a sign on the door that says "Closed for now" or some "System is down" or "Be back in an hour" at 12:00 p.m. on a weekday is more than we can count, so it's not just isolated incidents. I just went to order on the app moments ago and the "Start Order" button is greyed out, whereas it's not in every other listed location in different towns. We're starting to visit less and less because anytime we want Qdoba, we're usually unable to get it. I'm not sure what's going on at the Camp Bowie spot but it's...
