Went to this establishment on Friday with a group of people from an event nearby. When we walked in there was a huge table where we sat down. The whole entire left side of this establishment was empty, but the right side where the bar was had people surrounding the bar. There was a menu on the table, so of course we assume they served food or appetizers and we were there for cocktails. After several minutes a gentleman came up to us and stated that if we wanted drinks that they could be ordered at the bar and brought over to the table. We said okay and then we questioned what food they had and where do we order? The gentleman running the bar that had came over to our table stated that they do not serve food at all and that you can bring your own food in no problem. We all looked stunned because there was clearly a menu in a plexiglass stand sitting directly on our table with appetizers such as tacos and I believe quesadillas and etc. So one of the guests at the table questioned the menu and why it was there if they didn't serve food?? He lackadaisically stated that this food truck is no longer there and has not been there for some time that they used to have it set up with them where you could order food and they would bring it to you or you could get it and bring it inside. Are you freaking kidding me? Of course we all had the first and same question. Why in the heck do they have a sign with a menu on a table at the very entrance if they no longer serve food and it has been some time since they have not. Are they just leaving the sign there to collect dust and piss people off that come in for food?????? Of course we left and went to another establishment nearby. When you read this review can you please take that darn sign off the table if you don't have any food anymore? Would that not be the proper...
Read moreWhat a great place to visit! This lovely establishment is warm and cozy inside. Their cold beer selection has singles and packs but shares room with some other seltzers as well in a kind of small space. But THEN…Tyler the bartender told me about a cellar they had quite a few beers in for me to take a look at! Not cold but a cool room with a nice variety of beer displayed. They had both local and international beers to choose from. Tyler gave me some recommendations and really hooked me up!! I also had a beer while shopping and got to try a couple samples. Their draft list has a great range of flavors and everything I tried was delicious. I wasn’t in Texas for long but if I come back, I’d definitely visit here again!
Also, there is a parking lot across the street and lots of little shops and eateries around to check out. What a great area with...
Read moreJust visited this location for the first time. I love the ambiance and the beer selection. However, the bartender (brown hair, plaid shirt, glasses) was completely unfriendly. Did the least amount of talking, my friend asked for a sample of beer. Didn’t respond. A customer had to ask for her. She sampled the beer. And then when she asked for a full glass he oddly asked, “ have you been there before?” She said no and he then asked for her id. (She already sampled the beer. Aka too late for an Id check) he set the beer in front of her and said nothing. Horrible guest service. When she closed her tab he over charged her, but didn’t notice notice until I paid mine and that was when he then gave money back from his wallet. Keep in mind, there wasn’t a line.... If you don’t like talking to people, don’t work in customer service. Probably...
