Smells......like......old pee....and fresh pee in places. That is, while walking about. Many " Home-free " folks at various crossroads and levels of physical, mental, and emotional stability. Where city codes, laws, and ordinances go ignored for the most part, in favor of the more practical and decent activities ongoing i.e. Outreach, Charity, etc.. So, lots of foot traffic, amazingly enough. When I look past this I see an engineering thing of ergonomic brilliance and am humbled, proud, and ashamed. Just southeast of the Fort Worth Water Gardens. If you choose to go for a walk, use good judgement. Passers by are likely to be experiencing it in a much different way than you. Don't lock eyes with anyone for more than a second or two. Do acknowledge a person when passing by, especially those who are stationary, a simple stiffing of the lips with a nod in their direction while approaching then look directly back in the direction you intend to continue walking.
