I just tried to order from this location. Apparently the location closed at 8 instead of 10 like it is advertised. It is Veteran's day, so I understand that hours can differ. There was no sign stating the time changes and the light was still on at the drive through. I passed by one of the employees that was outside as I was driving in. I am assuming they were either smoking or taking out the trash, but they definitely saw me stop at the drive through and walked back inside. I waited for like 5 minutes then pulled to the window. I looked inside and it looked empty. I am positive they were hiding from me. I was stilled for a few minutes deciding if I should try again when I saw them pop back up(2) employees. I drove around again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they just didn't hear me the first time. I waited another minute and then asked hello. A guy's voice said hi? I asked if they were still there and he said, "no dude we closed at 8." The tone and the way he addressed me was extremely rude. They knew I was there. They could have simply said, "Hey I'm sorry we closed early due to Veteran's day." Or anything close to that. I don't normally write these kind of reviews, but I am so upset the way he handled that situation. I will never come back to this location.    Read moreGood grief. I wouldnât give any stars if possible. I love Starbucks, but not this one. This is the SLOWEST Starbucks on the planet. I waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes. And I wasnât like it took me awhile to get to the spot to place my order. It was literally from placing my order to the window... almost 30 minutes! I would have left the line because what I thought would be maybe a 10 minute stop on the way to an appointment turned into making me late for it, but the curb keeps you blocked in. This was around 11... not even an earlier time when they are slammed. And they were out of almost every food baked item. My son loves the cake pops but they were out so I tried to order any other baked item they had. I would try to order something and they said âSorry we are out...â Iâd try again, same thing and yet again, same thing. She finally said something like, âSo I have a grande iced latte... can I get you anything else...â and I wanted to say, âGirl, what do you have?? I want to order something, but youâre out of everything!â I asked what kind of baked good items they had left and she said only the egg sandwiches. I swore to myself to never come back but I caved today and tried it again. Same thing! Out of everything. And super slow.    Read moreI have stopped at this Starbucks for YEARS. Every morning, Monday-Friday. I get the same drink. However for the past 6-7 months the service has been declining. I can no longer tolerate the POOR service, nor will I ever be back. This morning I waited in the drive through line for 30-35 minutes just to get to place my order. I got to the window, paid with my app, and the barista apologized for today's slow service (like it is everyday), told me how one person came to the window, without ordering ahead of time so it slowed the process down. HOWEVER she then left the window. I waited over 5 minutes, and she never returned to give me my drink. While there I witnessed the barista working the lobby make and serve 4 hot drinks and 2 cold drinks. I also saw my drink be delivered to the drive through barista and then sit. She was NO WHERE to be found. All in the world she had to do was put the cardboard drink holder on the cup and hand it to me, but she had disappeared, for more than 5 minutes. Cars behind me were honking. No barista. After 7 minutes I drove off. No drink. A drink paid for, but never served. I am SO DONE with this Starbucks, and I have no problem leaving my name.
