Iām a repeat customer at this Starbucks, visiting multiple times a week. Today, I ordered 15 minutes ahead, but when I arrived there was a long line of mobile orders and an even longer line in person, with only one worker handling everything. I was given 2 more minutes until my order was ready.
About 20 minutes after my order time, a Kroger manager came up and placed orders for others who werenāt even in line ā including food. At that point two more Starbucks workers joined, but those orders (including the managerās) were served before mine and several others still waiting. When I asked why, I was mocked by the Starbucks worker. I mentioned how unacceptable this was, and was mocked again.
As someone who comes here several times a week, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
