Subway — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Well last night me and my boyfriend came to get a sandwich with our coupon some heavy set women with a pink hair bonnet on her head with cheetah prints was serving us she had a whole attitude while fixing our sandwiches and gave off a attitude like she really didn’t want to and everytime she ask us what else we wanted we would tell her and she would have a attitude while doing it then also would slam salt shakers in the mist of fixing our sandwiches then once we got close to paying for our food some other lady came out with all black on and curly hair with glasses at the end started to ring us up and as she was giving us the price the other lady with the pink bonnet came by the register and yelled out our price once he asked is that the write price she yelled YUP but I really don’t think she needs to work if she doesn’t enjoy her job that was not the right proper attitude...

I have placed several orders online, each time I have arrived, after my order said finished, only to have to sit here and wait for them to start making the order. I would understand if the restaurant was busy and they were waiting on actual customers inside of store but this is never the case. When I arrived today there was only one customer inside of the store and he was already about finished eating. There was no customers in line when I arrived and the employee had not even started on my order and the manager walked out of the store, sat down on the ground in front of the store just to talk on her phone! Today we ordered a wrap, salad, chips, and a drink for delivery. Our door dash driver arrived around 11:30am. We did NOT receive the foot long sandwich. My husband drove to the location on Altamesa WITH the receipt and order number that clearly showed we had ordered a wrap and chips. The girl working wouldn't give him the wrap and chips or a refund. She said they had no record of it. My salad was drowning in dressing, so much dressing was on it that I couldn't taste the lettuce or anything else. Horrible service!!!
