Tacos perez — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Being from outta state, my husband and I have found it hard to find Authentic Mexican food that we actually like. So far, the few places we've tried are more Tex-Mex. So when we found Tacos Perez & had their food, we LOVED IT!

My husband usually gets the Trompo tacos, we've also tried their Asada & Carnitas tacos & they were all delicious. Their Chorizo breakfast burritos are very good as well. I've tried their Menudo, and it was ok, I personally do not like homeny in my Menudo (as I grew up only having with the tripe) but to each their own.

The younger guy who is the cashier is pretty friendly, patient & always seems to be in a good mood. We are there literally every weekend. So over all Perez is our favorite Mexican taco place. It hits closer to what we had back home. Oh also their Melon, fresh fruit water is...

Cashier should be a bit more friendly when customer is happy and asking how is there day, for the price of the mixed meat plate , they would give more meat , I got mainly bell peppers and veggies and the rest very thin slices of meat, I asked the cashier to substitute the shrimp for more meat and he definitely didn’t give more meat, we had enough for 4 tacos with the meat , the rice was hard and flavorless, beans were canned beans for sure and won’t be coming back again...
