Upon meeting the main Manager MITCH. I was met with hostility. There's a severe lack of leadership in this place. I've been to this place for 20 yrs or more but it's gone downhill. No lobby open to the public. The mgr is confrontational. No teaching, training or motivating the workers. No ethical practices. No I won't be supporting this restaurant until there's changes for the better by hiring general managers who take care of their employees and give opportunities to better themselves.
How you can hire someone with a disability and then work them a million hours and because there's a complaint, And you have a million complaints even before this especially on Yourself, which YOU failed to inquire about from the person it's against, or even TRY to provide additional training, YOU SUCK AS A LEADER! And then to just remove them without even a conversation refusing to answer calls or texts and even a courtesy to let them go. You are a weak cowardly person who doesn't deserve the title of Manager. To be hostile and not hear the concerns of the guardian is even worse. You didn't do me a favor by coming over and "allowing" me to sit in the locked down lobby.
I'd love to have a conversation with the owner of this place regarding American disability Act! Better yourself and Take a Class!

Read moreAfter a certain point in the day, honestly, when the sun sets most likely, the manager at this Wendy's seems to get agitated and tries to rush you. Guess their drive thru times suck 🤷🏾♂️
I arrived around 9 with some friends and didn't even get to say one of our orders before we were cut off twice. The manager took over for the gentleman struggling with the drive thru and provided us with the typical garbage service she's used to providing. We weren't asked the typical, "meal or sandwhich only", "spicy nuggets or regular ones" etc which, from what I understand, are standard prompts you ask when typing it in to the POS. We were asked to pull to the window because we "were a mess" and upon arriving we were cut off, at every chance, and we watched as she gave us ALL the wrong drinks and had no choice but to watch as the window was closed in our faces and didn't have the opportunity.
Afterward, we were instructed to pull forward to wait for our food, and, no surprise to anyone, the orders were wrong. So one of us went back inside and got their order fixed while the rest of us just took the L.
All this to say: just make the drive to the Wendy's on Eastchase. There, you actually get to order and are listened to...
Read moreMy wife drove up to this Wendy's and ordered a #1 Combo (Burger, Fries & Drink) & a Bacon Baked Potato. She paid with a $20 Bill since their system was down. She pulls off and checks the bag and the Burger was made wrong and there wasn't a fry in the bag. She drives back a around and informs the rude manager (Black Lady) that the burger was made wrong and there was no fry in the bag. She tells my wife she didn't charge her for a fry. (She purchased a MEAL that's supposed to come with a fry.) So she charges my wife $3.45 for another fry. So when she gets home and I see the receipt I drive back up there to let the rude manager know she never gave my wife a fry for the meal, and i wanted a full refund. She tells me she can't refund me for the fry because there's only 1 fry in the bag. I let her know she never gave my wife a fry. I wouldn't get out of bed and drive up there if I had 2 fries in my bag. I say all of this to say. We will never eat at this Wendy's again. You need to give this rude manager the boot.
