Burger King — Restaurant in Forest Hill

I just ordered from this place this morning and i ordered the French toast sandwich with other things. The workers had no hair nets and their hair exposed. I really didn't think nothing of it and brushed it off until I received my food and I was about to bite into my French toast sandwich until I saw a string of hair staring right back at me. It's bad enough there is hair in my food but the HAIR WAS SANDWICHED AND PARTIALLY MELTED IN WITH THE CHEESE!! I wasn't that far from the place and U-turned back to burger King. I told them and I SAW ALL 3 OF THEM LAUGHING ABOUT IT!! The cashier said she(the one who's hair is in my food) will make me another one but after being that negligent in the first place I just asked for my money back. DON'T EVER COME HERE!!! THEIR HYGIENE IN THE WORK PLACE IS NOT GOOD AND EXPECT HAIR IN...

With a 25 minute wait in the drive thru (with 2 other cars ahead of me leaving the line), only to have half of my order to be wrong, and my burger under cooked. If this location can't give me my proper order (even after verifying my order again at the window), and my burger was under cooked... I can't imagine that they can even follow simple steps during food prep, or even washing their hands regularly to ensure food or health safety. You would think that with these trying times, and the worry of Covid, that this location would improve their health standards, but apparently they can't even fully cook their food. I will not return to...

I have come to this Burger King several times. I am always very pleased with my order, the food is always hot and fresh, the store is very clean and the staff is very nice. The general manager goes out of his way to make sure everything is done accordingly and packaged well. I Have experienced him on several occasions, helping his employees, which I think is a great thing. He runs the store very well. I actually drive out of my way, just to come to this Burger King because I know my experience will be positive. Thank you to the staff and the general manager, keep up...
