Let me start off by saying Brenner is amazing and has the best customer service. He is always happy to help customers and his drinks are always perfect.

Now, onto the worst experience I’ve had… I ordered 6 of the sausage wraps and I got some chipotle ones without sausage. I brought them back to the guy with braces and said I’m missing two and also these don’t have sausage. He yelled at me and said “yes they do!” I opened them up in front of him and asked where is the sausage? He got all angry and said fine I’ll remake all of them and took the wraps. He was angry at ME because he made them wrong? Wow. Then he began yelling at Vanessa telling her she better take the orders correctly. They began yelling back at each other. I’m not sure if she started crying. The service here with that guy with braces was horrible. It’s not a big deal, just say “oh I’m sorry, I’ll remake them.” But instead he got angry and yelled at everyone. Had a very bad 1st experience. On 06/04/17 at about 7:55pm, I went to the drive-thru in the hopes of buying a dozen donuts because we had told our kids we were going to get them donuts if they did what we asked them to. I looked them up online and they state that they close at 9pm on Sundays. The store looked like it was already closed. All the outside lights were out, the drive thru sign was off, and the store looked dim. At the drive thru the worker told us there were no donuts, just coffee and other drinks. I asked him if they had any other things and he didn't answer me back, which I thought was rude. I came to the Foothills one because I live in Foothills. We drove all the way to Yuma and the service was incredible. They explained that they have everything available until they close. 8:30 AM! Ordered 2 bagels.. waited 5 minutes she hands them to me ROCK HARD. I give them back to her, she calls the manager over and I ask her for 2 fresh ones, that are edible because these were literally, not edible, the MANAGER then hands me 2 that were even harder and i watched them wipe the cream cheese off the first ones and rub it on the replacements rather than giving me fresh cream cheese. Disgusting. I left them there. Whoever handles Quality control here needs to step up because this DD is consistently horrible with everything except donuts.
