Every. Single. Time. They make drinks different. If we order something on the menu it should be the exact same. The only difference I can see is if it is hot, iced or blended. I normally drink regular coffee. When my wife and daughter want me to grab a drink for them on my way home I am reluctant. Even if they tell me how it should be and I do my best to make sure it's made right.. They are disappointed. Each person makes the drink a little different. No quality control. This most recent time I had to return to get the drinks remade. The manager was apologetic, but I just told him how frustrated I was. It happens all the time. I had to drive all the way back. I am considering forcing my family to only go to Starbucks. Or better yet coffee at home. No credit to my wife's account. No points. Nothing. Just remade drinks. That were better, but still not quite right. I also saw a previous post about the tip screen being shoved in their face. My last visit they did not do this. But they have in the past. Excellent service I request to leave a tip. Short of that I don't want to see a tip screen. In the end if I have learned one thing.. It is that my wife and daughter are insane. They go to Dutch Bros and expect different results from the last visit. It does not appear it is...
Read moreI've been here a couple of times in the last week and both times before 7am.
The drive-thru line moves quite slowly. This last time I went, I saw the line of cars and tried calling the phone number that is both on their website and on Google maps and both numbers went to their headquarters, a business line that is not onsite.
I was unable to order ahead of time. I'm not sure this business realizes that people want their coffee quickly so they can head to work.
At both visits there were courteous employees. Superior customer service.
But I realized on the way to work the second time that they gave me a cold brew coffee and not the Nitro on tap coffee, unless their Nitro on tap coffee isn't frothy and creamy like most on tap coffees (Juan Valdez and Starbucks).
I think their coffee is good but not great. It's definitely not worth playing 5 to $7 for "good but not great" coffee.
I think this place has a superior marketing angle. They have nice colors and an iconic windmill on their sign but I just can't recommend...
Read moreDo not go here. The old staff which now works at the location by sprouts so go there! The manager Cynthia was a karen, I ordered my drink exactly how I always do, I even wrote it down on a notepad on Iphone, because I go blank when I get asked “what would you like.”. She argued with us, and I just was bewildered, she was sitting there shouting at us, going “it does not come with drizzle!” I honestly thought someone was going to tell her to stop, but instead I heard workers snickering in the back and going “Yeah!” I am horrified as I have been going here for a year once or twice a week, sometimes even three times a week. But I have never had such a bad experience, I am never going back, I am beyond disappointed, she was so disrespectful, and disregarded everything we said which was factual. We showed her the website which had caramel in the description and on the picture and she still argued....
