Sweet Catherine's Restaurant — Restaurant in Fountain Inn

10/2023 update: I’ve been going here for 10 ish years, and the menu hasn’t changed. AT ALL. I gotta say, with all these new options coming to fountain inn this isn’t a good look. They stopped doing home made chips for some reason which was one of their highlights for me. Voodoo right next door and now Farehouse. Looks like my time going there for lunch has come to an end. Maybe I’ll check back in the spring to see if they have made any changes or innovated.

Great spot to stop in for lunch if you’re in town. I’ve tried about everything you can think of on the menu and it’s all great! Their cakes are awesome too! I wish they would bring that the shrimp that they had on the toast points with garlic…… you wouldn’t be popular at work after this but man was it good! If you get a sandwich or burger get their homemade chips with them, you won’t be sorry. Fast and friendly service and great food, you just don’t get much better than this for...

The two of us have been coming to Sweet Catherine's for quite some time now. We went today and waited, and waited for someone, anyone to come seat us, ask us to wait, anything. All waitresses ignored us like weren't even there. We just stood there, until a party of 6 came in. Finally a waitress came up and said we would have to wait for a table to be set up and immediately sat the other 6 people that just arrived. We waited some more and finally another waitress came up and said we would have to continue to wait for our table as she had to now get the order from the party of 6 that came in after us. What? Never ever has this happened to us and it certainly won't happen again at this restaurant. What a way to run a restaurant, busy or not. You waitresses need a better way to handle your restaurant when it gets busy. We will...

I have been trying to get into Sweet Catherine’s for a year and could never really make it with such limited hours. Today, I was off work and made plans to meet a friend for lunch. I checked for vegetarian options for my friend and instantly said Sweet Catherine’s would be the perfect place. It was definitely worth the year long wait. I got a shrimp poboy for myself and it was so delicious I ordered one to go as well. It’s delicious and packed like you wouldn’t believe, I’m sure I counted 13 shrimp on one little sandwich. The establishment is small but quaint, with a big menu. Friendly staff and they seemed pretty busy so that’s always a good sign. I can’t wait to bring my family back.
