I want to begin by saying we will NEVER eat here again. We came during the Fountain Inn Parade to support the students. Itâs taken me a while to write this reviewâŠto start off I want to shout out the petite young guy that served my children their icecream. He came out of the back. Was kind patient and took care off all needs we had other than checking us out at the register.
The register and our entrance was where the problems began and ended. We were not properly greeted upon arrival. I wanted to leave immediately but my kiddos were siked about getting some icecreamâŠthat was why we were there; food and fun.
There was one brunette (hair was dyed blonde brown at roots young adult behind the counter). We were elated about trying the location. I greeted her and asked which end do we begin on (this being my first time in); she was cold and callousâŠliterally rolled eyes, huffed and acted like I was annoying her (though itâs her job); phone in hand. Praise God for the young guy; he made the trip so much better with his assertive attitude and professionalism. The young lady was rude to him too. When it was time to check out she was still unpleasant. My oldest son asked if I was getting anything for myself while saying his thank yous for the treat. I said out loud I would not be ordering anything for myself and then she tried to be kinder but again it shouldnât take the business loosing money for you to try to be human. Smh. I hope she was just having a bad day and itâs not a normal that she would treat ANYONE like this. Please give the young...
Read moreIâm leaving a 1 start review due to a response I saw on facebook due to a review you received- extremely unprofessional response to leave a guest even if you feel they donât understand the operations from a restaurant standpoint. I am in the industry and now would never visit this establishment due to the response you left a guest (which I saw on facebook and visited the reviews to see for myself) itâs awful to talk/treat any patron like that. you can own a business but professionalism is key. learn how to respond to any negative feedback. itâs apart of the business. I do hope your children working at the establishment learn better than what youâre putting out. If you need any tips on how to better operate and respond to people, even if they arenât understanding...
Read moreIn search of some good ice cream, great customer service, and nice atmosphere? Then, The Chill Factory is where you need to go. My sister and I brought our niece here. It's a neat little spot. They even have a couple of walls that are wonderful for photo opportunities. The only disappointment was that there was no gelato available in addition to all of the delicious ice cream. It's seasonal. So definitely have to come back. By the way, my sister left her personal, insulated cup there. We called them right away when we realized it. Even though they were closed, they answered the phone line. Our brother was able to retrieve it the very next day. THANK YOU VERY MUCH to the staff of The...
