BR77 Steakhouse - Kissimmee — Restaurant in Four Corners

Update 08/25/24:

A team member from BR77 (Isa) reach out to me, and she was very apologetic about our experience in the restaurant. She was so nice, she asked me if we’ll be open to give them another try, Well… we did.

The experience this time around 180 degrees different. Our sever Mary, the absolute BEST!! Not only her, but all the servers. It seems they all work together to take care all the tables. I did pay attention to all the other tables to see if they were providing the same great level of service, and they were!

About the food: I am glad I give them another try, may have been one of the best decision I’ve ever made. I been through a lots of Brazilian steakhouse (from very expensive one, to no so expensive) and BR77 without a doubt the best quality meat I’ve ever eaten. The other part (I think it’s genius) they do not have the typical guy/ guys walking around serving meat, they have like a bar of meats, they have all the meats, you go there and pick whatever you want. Different to other brazilian steakhouse where you have to wait for the meat the you want come around, in here you go to this (what I call it “meat bar”) and take whatever meat your heart desires. You may think you have to wait, but they move everyone pretty quick. The max I wait, maybe 10 seconds before one of the guys asked me what cut I would like. The only time I saw somebody waiting longer the that was because they were waiting for their meat to be well done.

In conclusion: Thank you Isa for convincing me to give you guys another shot. This place when from a place I would never come back, to be my number 1 option for Brazilian steakhouse. Thank you guys!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at BR77 Brazilian Steakhouse in Kissimmee, Florida, and it was easily one of the best meals I’ve ever enjoyed! The variety of perfectly cooked meats, fresh offerings at the buffet bar, luxurious desserts, and astounding cocktails all made for an unforgettable evening. @br77steakhouse 🍖🍷

BR77 offers 16 different cuts of meat, all served at the grill station on large skewers. The selection includes beef ribs, filet mignon, sausages, and the beloved picanha. Each cut was flavorful and tender, showcasing the restaurant’s 20+ years of experience in delivering authentic Brazilian classics. 🥩🔥

The buffet bar hosted a variety of seasonal salads, cheeses, smoked salmon, cured meats, and delicious hot dishes. We indulged in traditional black bean stew with sausage served with rice, farofa, white fish, pastas, and more. The complimentary appetizers like baked Brazilian cheese bread, Brazilian chicken croquettes, yuca fries, sweet plantains, and French fries were a delightful start to our meal. 🥗🍤

The dining experience was further elevated with their impressive selection of wines and cocktails. Traditional cocktails made with spices sourced from Brazil were unlike anything else in the city. I highly recommend the piña colada, which was a tropical delight! 🍹🍍

For dessert, we indulged in the Belgian Chocolate Brownie Mousse and the Churros Cup. The brownie mousse was rich and chewy, topped with Belgian chocolate mousse and finished with a mirror chocolate glaze. The churros cup, deep-fried and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, stuffed with dulce de leche, ice cream, and topped with caramel sauce, was a perfect end to our meal. 🍫🍮

Food - The beef ribs were good and tender. The parmesan crusted tenderloin was dry. The chicken thighs were good. The sausage was okay.

Service - Our server was friendly, informative, and accommodating but not the most attentive. I noticed that he passed by us several times, looked but did not check to see if we were good even though our glasses were empty or our finished plates set to the side to be taken. We had to catch him as he passed multiple times.

Atmosphere - Nice people but I believe its design is a bit odd. The movement around the dining room is not organized and does not flow well in my opinion. The food is presented buffet style on one island that’s divided with cold foods on one half and hot foods on the other half. The meat was served at a counter that was perpendicular to the buffet island. The bar was parallel to the buffet island. The traffic going to and from the kitchen interfered with the customers trying to serve themselves between the meat counter and buffet island. Additionally, the traffic of the servers going to and from the bar and kitchen as well as tending their tables, all interfered with each other. It was chaotic to say the least.

Moving on, the dining room was completely booked so we agreed to be seated on the patio. The seating accommodations on the patio are not plus-size friendly. My wife and I found the chairs to be very uncomfortable. The host that was seating us said they were going to ask to see if the indoor chairs could be brought out to the outdoor tables for us, but they never returned, so we moved to the outdoor bar. The stools were also very uncomfortable. I found myself having to stand most of the time while waiting long lengths of times for service whenever we needed service because I needed relief from the uncomfortable seating.
