We came in to experience a great time filled with great food and a great atmosphere. It wasn’t that at all. We were greeted at the door and seated, waitress was nice. We received our menus and we began to look over them. The waitress comes and ask us if we wanted to order drinks? We let her know what we wanted and we also gave her appetizer options that we wanted. We ordered two of them. As we waited she brought drinks, she they asked us if we wanted to order our food. No one knew what they wanted. Appetizers come out and as she delivers them she asks us what we wanted to order. Not even five minutes in and we’re being asked to order our food. The Resturant wasn’t busy at all had maybe 3 tables full max! We are trying to enjoy our appetizers but nope she comes again are you guys ready to order. “No not yet please give us a minute, thank you.” We’re trying to enjoy these appetizers while looking over menu. Most of the table figured out what they wanted. One person at the table did t see what they wanted so still unsure. Waitress came back and was almost demanding that we order our food at that moment. So the table started to give orders but the waitress was given orders to start at the opposite end of table so that the one person could figure out what they wanted. She didn’t listen at all she asked them anyway and of course they didn’t know. So they emphasized and ordered. She walks away after taking everyone order. She comes right back with a couple of refills but not all refills. She then tries to take the appetizers that we were still trying to eat. We told her no and we need to finish. Still had some food on the plates. During this process by this time we felt rushed. Food comes out 5 mins later and one thing that we noticed was that the Mexican corn on the cob was cold. It was charred and cold so it had the look as if it was fire grilled but it was cold. It really made us feel like we were eating corn that was raw and not cooked at all. Waitress says “they all come out like that.” Hmmm is what we thought but ok. As were eating she is trying to clear our table of the small plates and the appetizer dishes and her hands all over our food as we’re eating. It made me ask the question about when this restaurant closes. I find out that they closed at 2am. Now I’m thinking what is the rush about? Made me and my table feel unwelcome, and unsafe. All it took was one time to really voice our feelings and things would’ve escalated and not in our favor. Waitress tried to take my plate again as I was eating off of it but stopped and tried to finish my conversation with my table. At that point I was ticked off and called for a manager. It was so typical though in terms of the options we were given which were none at all. Our table had an automatic gratuity added to it but we felt like the waitress didn’t earn that tip at all. And we should’ve been given the opportunity to give the tip that we felt was better for the service that we received I also mentioned how when the gratuity was automatic they should verbally tell customers. Let the customer know and make the decision that they’re comfortable with. Instead the manage shows it to me in the fine print section of the menu. The same menu that we didn’t have enough time to read through because we were rushed. Not sure if the waitress had a bad day or if she didn’t want to serve us at all. All around experience made us feel unwanted. This is a service driven industry and should be treated as such. The goal is to maintain the best possible business that you can invite customer to come again and again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here, I wouldn’t come back here myself and that’s after driving here 600 miles. I definitely wouldn’t do it again. Make sure you read the fine print and then make sure that your service is worth what they are automatically charging you. $30 tip for this type of service and we’re in the business less than an hour. Hurry up and buy is what it gave and we tip...

This was honestly my worst EXPERIENCE at any restaurant EVER and we come to this area all the time. My best friends family decided to try this place for dinner tonight. We have had drinks there before with no issues and the food looked amazing so we said heck yeah! We were sat and put in appetizers. The waitress was a little slow but very friendly and helpful. Me and my wife ordered a long Island ice tea apiece and this is where it all went downhill. The long islands came but after literally one sip me and my wife both discovered we were unsatisfied with our drinks as all I could taste was sweet and sour mix. My wife takes the drinks back to the bar to tell them we are not satisfied and would like something else. She didn't make a fuss and was very respectful with her request. The bartender then states all alcohol sales are final and we must take the drinks. We both say we do not like the drink, we only took the one sip and it doesn't taste right and we want something different. They refused. The drinks are still full to the top mind you. My wife says I'm not paying for drinks I'm not drinking and goes back to the table empty handed. The bartender BRINGS THE VERY SAME DRINKS BACK TO THE TABLE saying all alcohol sales are final. My wife again says we do not want the drinks. I tell them I don't want the drink and instead want a shot of tequila so I got that for me and my wife. The bartender then says " well I have to leave these long islands at the table because you ordered them." Me and my wife said no take them with you because we don't want them. The bartender then goes back and forth with my wife on how she she must leave the drinks even though we are repeatedly saying we don't want them. We ask to speak to a manager because at this point we are getting annoyed. Guess what. Now the bartender is the damn General manager and there is no one above her we can call. She states there is no corporate number, only an email. At this point my wife is pissed and says I'm not paying for a drink I didn't freaking drink call the police. Well instead of just taking these damn drinks back SHE CALLED THE POLICE. In all my restaurant visits I would have never thought I would need to get the police involved to return a drink to the bar. BY FAR THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER AT A RESTAURANT. I'm not asking for free stuff, I happily paid for my food and shots of tequila but for a general manager to take it that far on such a common sense issue is RIDICULOUS. Super embarrassing, super unprofessional, and a horrible way to treat the local Florida residents that came to support your...
Read moreThis location in margaritaville needs improvement. I experienced a horrible service and need to contact corporate asap.i walked in on Sunday night to enjoy a couple of drinks. Was overcharged. And I let them know I was an industry worker. Then I call the next day to resolve the issue. Was connected with a rude person on the other line. Spoke to three other people and none of my questions were answered. Was even told that I had to work in the plaza/ work 5 mile radius. And was told I would be given a call back but never did, even gave my number and name for the call. Even wrote to corporate on the website twice. I was waiting to receive a call back never did. Then I come in on Wednesday to speak with the manager. Get told that she isn’t there and there isn’t anyone that I could speak to in the moment, had to wait til night time to even speak to a manager. Mind you I called about 10 times this morning and no one even picked up the phone, it was so much I thought they blocked my number. I even asked to speak to any manager. Was told kitchen manager was there but didn’t speak English and it wouldn’t even matter speaking to them because the issue would be resolved/ helped. But I had even asked if it could be spoken about so the other managers would be made aware and still wasn’t able to speak to anyone. After my shift I had to pass by to speak with the manager. I walk in and speak directly to Ariel (General Manager). I spoke about the situation to her and was told that nothing could be done. I explained that I have been here several times that even she has served me at the bar and that this has never happened. She said due to liquor count and sales something could’ve only been done that night and couldn’t even accommodate the situation. Valentina the bartender was at the time. She was horrible and disgusting I even caught her and her girlfriend in the bathroom doing unspeakable things. She didn’t make me aware of the price and just swiped my card. I regret coming here especially knowing that I’ve been there a few times and have never had an issue. I’ve been here so many times that Ariel(gm) and Valentina(bartender) are actually friends. It felt like the knowing the situation the General Manager didn’t want to assist with any customer service. Or even insuring that she kept a customer coming in the door. I was even told that it had to be fixed all in the same night. But even accommodation could been a little of a peace of mind. As well as I’m not sure if this is apart of the look of the company but taking shots on the clock as well. 3227 Margaritaville...
