Wish I could give zero stars. This was the single worst movie theatre experience I've ever had in my entire life, and I've had some pretty unpleasant ones. They told us to arrive twenty minutes earlier than the showtime, but did not let anyone into the theatre until about 5 minutes before showtime (6pm). Everyone had to stand in an overcrowded lobby for fifteen minutes waiting to be allowed in. Someone with a ticket to the same movie as us needed to use the bathroom and they were told they weren't allowed to until their movie was called. They eventually called the movie and let everyone stampede in at once. I tried to put it behind me because I could hear other people talking about what a great theatre this was and how they love to come here, so I wanted to try to keep an open mind. Somehow this wasn't even the worst of the experience.

When my mom and I sat down in our seats, we pressed the button to order our food as we had already looked over the menu and knew what we wanted. The servers were quite nice and we ordered some popcorn, food, margaritas, and glasses of water. The popcorn arrived quickly during previews, as did the food. The margaritas came later, but still before the movie started. They asked us if we needed anything else and we reminded them about the waters and were told they would be right out.

The seats were a little awkward and were super scuffed up, but it wasn't awful. What was awful was the five mothers who then arrived with their collective group of nine young (10 years and under) children, escorted them into the row ahead of us, and stood there loudly shouting orders at them during the entirety of the previews and taking flash photos in our faces. They then revealed that they had chosen seats for themselves at the back of the theatre far from their kids. Multiple times the kids and parents shouted to each other across the entire theatre. It's beyond me how nobody asked the parents to supervise their children. They were horribly behaved the whole time, screaming and running around throughout the theatre for the entirety of the movie. Not a single staff member spoke to them or the parents despite almost everyone else in the theatre repeatedly telling them to stop every 5 minutes. I would be wrong if I said the kids were the only loud ones, though. I don't know who it was behind me, but many people just could not shut up. Someone was talking to Siri. I literally don't know how anyone could enjoy this experience. I thought the etiquette at AMC was bad, but the energy here was just atrocious.

About ten minutes after the movie started, I pressed the button again as we had still not received our waters. Around ten minutes after pressing the button, someone finally came to ask us what we needed. We reiterated about the water and he told us he didn't know what happened but he'd go get us some. Twenty more minutes go by and I press the button again, certain they'd forgotten us. They never come back. Ever. Eventually my mom was fed up and had to leave in the middle of the movie to go ask for waters at the bar.

Unfortunately, the rowdy children and checked out parents were not the only deeply distracting part of this experience. You WILL be taken out of the movie at least once every three minutes by the servers having loud conversations in the middle of the silent theatre. You will hear them arguing over the tab with other customers at full volume. You will never have a moment of silence or escapism. I am going to guess this place is both understaffed and undertrained, and that nobody is keeping in mind the fact that first and foremost this is a movie theatre, and people want to watch the movie. Why couldn't I hear any of the emotional climax of the movie because two servers were standing next to me going back and forth loudly about something? I don't think they were being rude on purpose — judging by the fact that they were all doing this it seems that this is how they were trained. Somebody in management has absolutely no idea what...

This movie theater is outrageously priced and customer service is horrible! Employees stand around basically doing nothing. Good luck getting any food and drinks you paid for in a timely matter. We ordered way before our movie started and I had to pay ahead of time. If it wasn't for pushing the button again my family and I probably wouldn't have gotten what I paid for and the waiter dragged his feet going to get it that time as well and didn't even apologize. Then no one asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. A waitress or busser not sure what her title was then comes over five minutes later asking if she can take away any dishes! We just got our popcorn and drinks so we told her no. Another five minutes goes by after the lady left and the waiter comes doesn't ask if we want refills or anything else and just gives the bill. This stuff is done at the worst times of interrupting our movie too. This is not the only time this theater has done this with food ordering either with my family and I it is like pulling teeth to get what you have ordered. Then the price with the tacked on tip is ridiculous Disney springs AMC doesn't even tack on the tip the guest gets to decide what tip to give to the waiter/waitress. I also believe that in the state of Florida there is a law that establishments are not allowed to tack on the tip to the bill without the guest's consent and if it does tack a tip there has to be somewhere notifying guests before they order in writing which there was nothing. The price for the food was a little over $30 for a large popcorn, two sodas, and m&ms that's crazy as the popcorn was stale ! The only reason why my family and I come to this theater is when we have checked all other theaters for the movie we want to see and it is the only theater playing it at the time.

Update: decided to give it another try lost one star which is bad cause it was at 2 stars before. Still terrible service; no drink refills when you are supposed to get them. Popcorn still tastes stale and you ask for butter and they give a little cup with no butter in it and you push the button for service and tell them you didn't get any butter and they never come. For the price service should be prompt and nice but waiters are rude. Don't order via kiosk either because you get that half way through your movie or not at all you get food quicker sometimes pushing the call button. Seats are very uncomfortable if they are reclining seats why don't they go back further? Also why is it that there is so much space between seats causing us to have to sit so close to the screen it hurts your eyes...

I have been inside a few times and drive by all the time but this was only my second visit seeing a movie and it was a very different experience than the first time. Our first visit was interrupted by a fire alarm during the movie which made for a very poor experience for everyone. On this occasion I was really hoping for something better.

Visually this is a really nice theater. Every screen is dine-in and has somewhat limited seating. We were hoping to come see one movie and ended up seeing a different one because the first one was mostly sold out. You can purchase your tickets either in the app or at one of their kiosks but be warned that this is a very expensive theater. Food prices are in line with some others but for two people to see a movie and have dinner you could easily spend $100. We just saw a movie and had a couple of soft drinks and it was still $40. I can honestly say that I didn't feel it was worth the price. The movie itself was an excellent choice but the inconsiderate guest in the row in front of us that insisted on using his phone on full brightness for almost the first 30 minutes of the movie really took away from the experience. We had planned on dining at the movie we were going to see but as this one started an hour later we saved a lot of money by going across the street to the new Portillo's.

On the negative side for this experience there were a couple of items. First I stopped in two different restrooms before and after the movie and both of them needed cleaning. One of them had a problem with the air dryer and no paper towels. I walked into the first one and the floor was so sticky that when I walked out my shoes stuck to the floor all throughout the theater. It's wonderful the amount of germs you can spread without even trying. I would have told an employee but the only ones available were too busy watching a football game by the bar. They definitely have staffing issues and some major training issues as well. The two kids working the front spent more time socializing with each other and watching football then giving any greetings or assistance to customers.

I can safely say that I have no intention of ever going back to this theater. I can have better dining experiences at others and every other theater in the area is cheaper for tickets. I could actually see an iMac movie in other theaters for what I paid for a normal screen...
