BENTO Kissimmee — Restaurant in Florida

If I could I would give this place 0 starts. Worse experience ordering online I ever had. I ordered the signature rolls(12pc) x4 but received 10 pieces on each order so 8 less than what I ordered. I also asked for soy sauce and they ignored. Not even going to mention the cold and disgusting springs rolls I ordered on the side. I wasn’t too mad until I decided to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant and the gentleman that answered the phone, right after I told him I called in reference to a problem with my order put me on hold for almost 12min. When he came back and I told him the problem he said “ there’s nothing I can do for you ma’am” I said oh really? So can I have your name please? Then he hang up on my face. I was so mad when he did that, I just can’t believe someone can be so unprofessional and rude like that. I called back less then a minute later, a women answered, I explained to her what happened and asked her to reconnect me with that guy and guess what? She hangs up on me too!! I had a deep breath and called the third time, a younger guy answered, I told him the situation( he knew already obviously) I can feel his sarcasm as he said he didn’t know why they treated me like that. He told me their names were Cris and Nikita, I’m sure he made that up. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this place. This will be for sure my last time ordering from them and I will make sure all my friends, family and followers will think twice before ordering or going there. I never post bad reviews but I am so upset. I have been vegan for over 6 years. We (party of 5) went here for the first time, I ordered the veggie noodle bowl with tofu they were out of tofu but said they had a plant based meat instead. The food comes the waitress announces everyone's food order except mine (I reminder her my order she said yes it was coming right out), she finally brings out a noodle bowl that looks like it has chicken on it. I asked her and made sure it was not chicken and that it was vegan -she assured us several times it was "the vegan protein substitute". After one bite I felt it was chicken and asked everyone else to try they felt it was chicken, I walked back to a chef and they took one look and said it was definitely the chicken not the meat alternative. Turns out the waitress gave my meal to my husband and told him it was the red curry noodle bowl and gave me his red curry noodle bowl with chicken and told me it was the veggie noodle bowl -they look nothing alike btw (but we didn't know that, it was out first time there). But she was questioned in both instances my husband asked "Is this the red curry bowl because it's not spicy at all" she told him yes and before I ever took a bite we both asked her to make sure it was not meat and she was adamant that it was not. Fantastic Experience at Bento

Bento has been an absolute gem of a find for us! We're incredibly thankful that it stays open until 10 pm, accommodating our late-night cravings. Our recent visit reaffirmed why this place holds a special spot in our hearts.

The service was commendable—prompt and attentive without being intrusive. What truly steals the show here is their sushi and poke bowls; they're unmatched! The flavors burst in every bite, leaving us craving more.

While we thoroughly enjoyed their delightful array of appetizers, the fried rice didn't quite hit the mark for our taste buds. However, their noodle bowls and those with white rice, were a treat worth savoring.

Recently, we ventured to try their new hibachi dish. While the main protein and vegetables left us satisfied, the fried rice didn't meet our expectations. Nevertheless, this didn't dampen our overall experience.

Speaking of favorites, we do miss the scallops on the hot lava rolls and the presence of ramen noodle bowls on the menu. These were absolute highlights for us, and we hope they make a return soon!
